About Us Established in 1991, TÜV Rheinland Philippines Inc. is the pioneering certification body in the country. With the aim of service excellence, it

serves in two (2) strategic office locations namely, Cebu and Manila, ready to serve its valued clients with utmost convenience. Its headquarters

is located in Cologne, Germany where TÜV Rheinland has been a registered association in Europe for more than 140 years and an internationally

recognized expert in the field of testing, inspection, certification, quality assurance and education. The company’s worldwide offices are located

in Europe, North and South America, Africa and Asia.
