The TVZ machine concept has been developed to meet customer requirements for an user-friendly, highly precise and energy-efficient machine. This machine type guaran-tees the production of EPP parts with highest dimensional accuracy. Due to the open construction robots or linear handling systems can be integrated easily.

Teubert Molding Equipment (TVZ) belongs to our EPP efficiency series.

• Modern energy-efficient steaming system with pre-pressure regulation, di-rect-steaming as well as upper and lower steaming (energy efficiency packa-ge (low energy (LE))

• The linear guidance and the symmetrical high pressure closing of the ma-chine concept guarantee the production of extremely precise EPP parts with highest accuracy and reproducibility in the product quality

• The machine concept ensures optimum cycle times and shortest setup time

• The machine concept gives you the maximum possible flexibility for molding

Machine components

Pre-steam regulation, direct steaming and upper and lower steaming guarantee opti-mal steam distribution and thus a low energy consumption.

According to the machine size the TVZ is equipped with a hydraulic drive and clamping system or with a hybrid system (electrical drive with servo-motor system and hydraulic clamping).
