TW STEEL LOTUS F1 PODIUM COMPETITION

TERMS & CONDITIONS1. All entries to be submitted by writing the answer to 'which TW Steel watch model

was the Lotus F1 Team driver wearing on the podium at the stated 2012 FormulaOne Grand Prix' on TW Steels Official Facebook page, being www.facebook.com/

twsteel. Entries received in any other way will not be accepted.2. There is one prize comprising one TW Steel watch engraved on the case-back andcase-side to commemorate the Lotus F1 Team podium finish at the stated 2012Formula One Grand Prix. The watch presentation box will also be personallyautographed by the Lotus F1 Team driver. No additional extras are included in theprize.

3. The promotion closes at 1700 GMT on the Friday following the stated 2012

Formula One Grand Prix

4. 1 winner with the correct answer will be chosen at random by a third party and

notified via Facebook within one week of the closing date stated. No purchasenecessary5. The promotion is open to anyone aged 18 and over. In the case of multiple entries,the first entry will be accepted per person

6. The promotion is not open to employees, contractors, partners or direct

competitors of TW Steel Europe B.V or Lotus Renault GP, or anyone else directly or

indirectly involved with the organisation or running of the promotion or their direct

family members.

7. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash

or alternative prizes.8. TW Steel Events B.V. cannot accept any responsibility for late, lost, misdirected,

deleted, fraudulent or incomplete entries due to server functions, virus, bugs or anyother causes outside our control. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.

9. TW Steel Events B.V. cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury

or disappointment suffered by the entrant as a result of entering the promotion or

accepting the prize.10. The winner may give the prize to external parties, but is not permitted to sell or

dispose of for any commercial or other monetary value

11. By entering the competition, the winner consents to TW Steel Events B.V. using

their details and taking part in any publicity (including, but not limited to, name,

images, recordings, videos or film sessions) undertaken by TW Steel Events B.V,

Lotus F1 Team or its associated companies without additional remuneration, andacknowledges that TW Steel Events B.V and its associate companies have the

right to use such publicity in any medium, including theinternet, in any reasonable

manner it sees fit.
