Accommodation Information

19 September: Guangdong victory Hotel (廣東勝利賓館)

Address: 53 North Shamien Street, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China Description: Originally an HSBC bank started by the British in the middle of the 19th century and became the Guangdong Victory Hotel at the end of the 19th century. It is one of the most historic business hotels in China which has more than a hundred years of history.

廣州考察點簡介

1.沙面（Shameen Island）

位於珠江邊白鵝潭畔，1859 年被劃為英法租界，成為外國人居留地。19 世紀末 20 世紀初，

島內各項建築設施基本建成，包括領事館、教堂、兵營、銀行、郵局、電報局、洋行、酒店、工

廠、住宅、俱樂部，還有堤岸、碼頭、馬路、公園、球場等公共設施。現在島內仍較為完整地保

留著 150 多座歐美風格建築。

2.粵海關 （Canton Customs House）

粵海關設立於 1685 年，原關址在五仙門。1860 年粵海關稅務司在現址建署（稱為「洋

關」），曾多次重建。現建築由英國建築師 DavidDick 設計，俗稱「大鐘樓」，於 1914 年奠基，

1916 年落成，耗資約 30 萬兩白銀。除海關業務外，粵海關也掌管海務和港務。

3.石室聖心大教堂（Sacred Heart Cathedral / Stone House）

1856 年第二次鴉片戰爭爆發，英法聯軍攻陷廣州，並將兩廣總督行署夷為平地。1861 年，

行署廢址被迫讓與法國天主教興建教堂。該教堂於 1863 年 6 月 18 日聖心瞻禮日正式奠基，故名

「聖心大教堂」，於 1888 年落成。教堂為哥特式建築風格，由 Vonutrin 和 Humbert 設計，因主

體由花崗石砌築，故俗稱「石室」。

4.懐聖寺（The Huaisheng Mosque / Lighthouse Mosque）

始建於唐貞觀元年（628 年），內有光塔，輪囷凡十六丈五尺，故俗稱「光塔寺」。明成化四年

（1468 年），都禦史韓雍重建，留達官指揮阿都刺等十七家居之。相傳塔巔有金雞，隨風南北。每歲五

六月，番人率以五鼓登絕頂，呼號以祈風信。元至正三年（1343 年）寺被焚毀，7 年後重建。現建築為

康熙三十四年（1695 年）重建。該寺僅對中外穆斯林開放。

5.陶街（Taojie）

陶街是位於朝天路和解放中路之間的一條街道，東西向，全長 190 米。明正德中，廣東布政

參議陶成有令績。其子魯，隨總制韓雍征叛瑤有戰功，因敕建忠勛祠，子孫附祠家焉。清代為滿

漢八旗傳宣政令會辦軍務之所。1990 年代至今，陶街成為售賣音響線材、電子產品等的商業街，

與其周邊的粵華街等地形成一個廣州人熟知的電子產品市場。

6.藥洲遺址（Site of Yaozhou）

南漢劉龑鑿湖五百餘丈，聚方士煉藥於此洲上，故後世名為“藥洲”。洲中有九曜石，移自

太湖及三江所產者。宋時士大夫泛舟觴詠於此，多題名石上。湖、橋、石、亭、樓、榭組成風景

絕佳的園林勝地。明清以後湖面漸淤塞縮小。

7.北京路（Beijing Road）

自廣州建城以來便是最重要的政治中心和商業中心。廣州城始築自越人公師隅，號曰「南

武」。後任囂、趙佗增築之，曰「越城」。越城在公元前 196 年被焚毀，南海郡城遷郡南五十里。

建安二十二年（217 年），步騺回遷番禺築城，後稱「步騭城」。其範圍在今財政廳至北京路、

西湖路口之北。此後，歷代增築，城址逐漸擴大。在該路及其附近區域的曆史文化遺址有：秦番

禺縣故城遺址，秦漢造船工場遺址，南越王宮署遺址，南越國木構水閘遺址、唐清海樓（清拱北

樓）遺址、南漢皇家苑圃、明大佛寺、明城隍廟、清廬江書院、宋明清街道及近代騎樓等。

8.人民公園（People’s Park）

原址為明代都指揮使司署，清初建为平南王府，平藩后为廣東巡撫署。1905 年裁廣東巡撫，

次年署址開辦高等工業學堂。1917 年廣州市政公所擇定為公園地址，命名為「第一公園」。1918

年動工，由楊錫宗設計，1921 年開幕。1925 年更名為「中央公園」。1929 年，劃後半部興建廣

州市府合署，1934 年工竣。1966 年更名為「人民公園」。

9.中山紀念堂（Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall）

原址為清代八旗撫標箭道，1908 年改建督練公所，1913 年龍濟光將之改建為都督府。1921 年 4 月 10

日孫中山當選「非常大總統」，將之改設總統府。1922 年 6 月 16 日，被陳炯明炮轟焚毀。1925 年，籌備

建設中山紀念堂，選定為堂址。由呂彥直設計，1929 年奠基，1931 年落成。

10.東山模範住宅區（Dongshan Model Residential Area）

東山一帶原為喪葬之地。1903 年，美國浸信會國外傳道部在今煙墩路一帶購地，修建培道女學堂和兩廣

浸信神學堂。廣九鐵路開通後，外國人在此建住宅以辟市囂。華商亦接踵而來，於是遂成整潔之村落，有茶居、

福音堂、學校等。地價日增，屋宇日盛。1927 年廣州市政廳劃定東山建設「模範住宅區，為全市住宅模範」，

供達官貴人和華僑富商居住。故後有民諺「有錢有勢住東山」之說。

11.華僑新村（Overseas Chinese Village）

1954 年，為了安置歸國投資的華僑，廣州市人大提出興建華僑新村動議，政府隨即成立機

構，劃出蟠龍崗、蜆殼崗、玉子崗等地為村址。華僑新村於 1955 年動工，到 1966 年全部落成。

入住該村的業主有來自東南亞、歐美、南美及香港、澳門等二十多個國家和地區的事業有成的華

僑領袖、社會名流、文化名人以及商賈和實業家。

12.紅專廠（Redtory）

紅專廠原為 1956 年創建的廣東罐頭廠。鑒於蘇聯和東歐社會主義陣營國家需要熱帶亞熱帶

果蔬罐頭，國家輕工業部決定在廣州東郊程界東村工業區興建廣東罐頭廠。該項目是中國第一個

五年計畫的重點建設項目，並列為蘇聯-中國經濟合作的 165 個重點項目之一。1958 年 6 月 10 日，

工廠建成投產，是當時亞洲最大的罐頭廠。該廠有上萬工人，三個碼頭，一條鐵路。產品包括水

產類、肉類、水果類、蔬菜類等。該廠址現為藝術、生活創意區。
