Two-Day Workshop on Mixed Method Research Using SPSS and NVivo
Planning, Analyzing and Writing Date: 10-11, May, 2013- online and
17-18, May, 2013 - onsite
Slide 2
The long debate for pros and cons of qualitative and
quantitative research has turned into mixed method research. This
emerging approach is largely backed by growing area of
inter-disciplinary research. Scholars have identified various
innovative strategies and techniques to operationalize mixed method
research to answer marriage of both qualitative and quantitative
research challenges. This workshop trains participants on
fundamental strategies of mixed method research related to planning
and execution. Participants will also learn how to combine
potentials of SPSS and NVivo software for quantitative and
qualitative analysis. About Workshop
Slide 3
Are you concerned about? How to plan mixed method research? How
to combine qualitative and quantitative data analysis? How to use
SPSS and NVivo for mixed method research? How to write and present
mixed method research Objectives : To orient participants about
mixed method research To train people on design strategies of mixed
method research To train participants on analysis and writing of
mixed method research To train researchers on usage of SPSS and
NVivo for mixed method research
