META - Mobile Europeans Taking Action - 2011 Quit Smoking Advertising Campaign
The BriefPromote awareness of Meta’s Quit Smoking Counselling Service for Thetford’s increasing migrant population.
The SolutionA series of adverts, posters and support literature was designed to simply communicate a main benefit of giving up smoking for individuals, partners, children and family whilst making the migrant audience aware of the local advisory service at their META Drop-in Centre which can help them. The message needed to be simple as it was reproduced in five different languages and the imagery had to represent the ethnicity of the people towards which the message was aimed.

Trox UK - 2010 Corporate Advertising Campaign
The BriefTrox UK have an outstanding reputation for providing high quality products that are market-leading, innovative and technologically advanced. Service and complacency have been issues in recent years so an advertising campaign to reaffirm the company’s position and instill fresh confidence in their ability to deliver was required.
The SolutionA series of adverts was produced using imagery focussed around air and water - the core elements which the company’s products either move, heat or chill. Such imagery is not typically seen in the industry trade publications so that alone would attract attention.Coupled with a strong positioning headline - Trust Trox - the campaign served to generate interest in the changes happening at Trox and restore confidence in the reputation for which Trox is globally known.

Parcelnet - Hermes Re-Brand
The BriefRe-brand the UK’s largest courier delivery network from Parcelnet to Hermes, including all internal and external communications.
The SolutionThe first role as lead agency was to develop the project team and governance reporting mechanisms. A full plan was formulated to cover all aspects of the re-brand, which included people, facilities, communications and customers. Each part of the plan had deliverables, actions and owners. TWO Marketing then designed, printed and delivered various marketing communications material for both internal and external customers. TWO Marketing also represented the UK on the European Steering Board to support the ongoing brand development.

2010 Thetford Festival Logo for Thetford Tourism & Heritage Partnership
The BriefCreate a logo to represent culture, music, the arts and physical activity in and around Thetford.
The SolutionA variety of solutions were offered but the logo chosen successfully captured all the important elements stated in the brief - from buildings/statues of historical interest and importance, cycling along the many marked pathways to music/theatre in a bright, vibrant and inviting icon.

The BriefIdentify key stakeholders and create strategic plans for investment and visitor management.
The SolutionSailing Barge Victor, though in private ownership, has a mission to preserve an important vessel in the National Maritime Heritage register, and seeks to accomplish this through income-generating activities. The strategy to achieve sufficient levels of income is to target specific market segments including private individuals, corporate clients, affiliate groups and memberships, eg RSPB, Round Tables, etc. Additionally, the promotion of Victor amongst key influencing bodies and Maritime Heritage stakeholders is vital, eg Ipswich Maritime Trust, Maritime and Coastguard Agency, Local Authorities and the media in general.
Consistent branding and communication of values and messages across the diverse stakeholders and markets is a key factor in Victor’s success to date.

2009 Re-Brand of UK Fire Ltd
The BriefThe previous UK Fire brand was tired, dated and appeared to imply associations with the National Front because of the Union Jack contained in the logo. The brief was to develop strategic plans for the marketing of UK Fire under a new corporate identity, including the development of investment opportunities/new markets and the introduction of new systems to streamline and create better efficiency, thereby transforming the image and operation of UK Fire to re-inspire confidence in the brand.
The SolutionInvestment opportunities were established via a venture capital company, new markets were identified in the Middle East and promoted through exhibitions in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, and new online and internal systems installed.
The creation of a crisp, clean, contemporary and striking identity representing a modern, forward-thinking company and apply it to every marketing application stationery, corporate literature, websites, product branding, signage, exhibition stands, vehicle livery and corporate merchandise. In addition, each product range had its own unique brand identity linked in style to the main logo.

2011 McDonald’s Promotional Campaign
The BriefTo increase footfall through the Chapelfield shopping mall store by means of an innovative marketing campaign.
The SolutionThe £50,000 give away was the solution we came up with promoted by awareness posters, banners, web banners, advertising, radio coverage and scratch card incentives. In the month of the campaign footfall increased by 18% in year on year comparison.

2011 Bradecca’s Got Talent Show
The BriefAn in-house talent show for employees of McDonald’s. TWO Marketing were asked to produce all the support collateral to create a look and feel based on the TV Show “Britain’s Got Talent”
The SolutionCreating illustrations relevant to acts performing we created invites, stage wraps, banners, programmes, table cards and posters to make the participants and audience feel that they were taking part in something special - a team morale lifter. TWO were also commissioned to take all photography related to the event
