General Description
No Shades or Shade FittersForged Steel
There are missing and damaged components. (see attached schedule).
Existing finish appears to be non-original. It is painted flat black.Original finish is black metal oil on forged iron frames with gold painted decorative components. Existing finish is in poorcondition.
All sockets are medium base. Fixtures have been rewired. (not in accordance with UL standards)
Structurally sound with minor mechanical repairs required andsome missing components replaced. Existing finish is not stable and will require refinishing. Electrical requires complete replacement and tested in accordance with ULstandards.
