Sub: Extension of Contract Period with Enrollment AgenciesRef : Eol No. F4.2(153)/RISL/Techl2O14Nol-219557 Dated: 23.02.2017

With reference to above cited subject and reference, it is stated that

enrollment agencies were awarded the rate contract for the Aadhaar and

Bhamashah enrollments in Rajasthan State for two years, which may be extended

for another one year with mutual consent as per Eol Document.

In the above connection, it is stated that contract period of the enrollment

agencies are going to end soon. Therefore, it has been decided to extend the

contract period for one more year and willing agencies required to submit their

consent for continuing aadhaar enrollment work under RISL.

Also, decision is taken to increase performance security amount to Rs.

3.00/- Lakh from Rs. 1.00/- Lakh per 100 machines keeping in view the huge

amount of penalties levied by UIDAI on violating enrollment guidelines.

Therefore, enrollment agencies desirous to extend the contract period are

here by directed to submit revised performance security with consent within 15

days positively from issue of this letter. In absence of which, machine

registration/operator on-boarding of the concerned agencies shall not be

processed. Also, Payment shall not be transferred to agencies and will be treated

your unwillingness to continue enrollment work.

work in reference to EoI Ref No: F4.2(153)/RISL/Tech/2014/Vol-2/9557 Dated:

23.02.2017, M/s …………………………. is hereby agreed to extend the

contract period with RISL for another one year on the same terms and conditions

as per EoI Clause 4.4.3.
