    Master, one Student

    Master leads Student around and

    through the cones. When Mastersreaches an open cone, they chooseand perform a soccer skill (theactivities we did in the Zen MasterWarm-up or new ones) that must bereplicated by the Student. Masterchants Team or Individual Mantra(players can make up their own newindividual chant)

    20 sec. then switch Master andStudent. Repeat.

    Activities start without ball and thenwith ball after a few rounds.

    Encourage creativity of new soccer

    skills and new chants.

    Lesson Plan Age: U63. Freeze Games- Red Light - GreenLight

    Players move across areaon command of Green Light.Coach announces Red Lightand players must stop. Anyplayers caught moving orwith ball far away from themmust restart 10 steps backtoward starting line. Whenall players reach end linegame is complete. Repeat.

    - Freeze Tag 45 sec.gamesCoach is It. Players movein area. When It touches aplayer, player must freeze inthat position. Teammatescan unfreeze player bystanding next to frozenplayer and stand on one footbalanced for count of 4.

    - Freeze Tag w/ ballPlayers have ball. Whenplayer is frozen, teammatesmust nutmeg frozen playerto unfreeze.
