KESTEL DRSA dynamic, environmentally friendly production plant with a covered area of 10 thousand square meters at Kestel Junction, on the 12th kilometer of Bursa-Ankara highway. It is a modern production plant which can process 50 tons of steel-metal sheet-profile a day with high capacity roll-form lines, electrostatic powder paint units of proven quality, robotic welding machines and fully automatic laser machines having the ability to process the desired shapes with a thickness up to 25 mm in electronic environment.

The design of the warehouse and the speed of the stacker crane can rapidly be adapted according to the weight capacity and circle time of the pallets needed in the stock area. The entire warehouse is operated through a warehouse management system. The stackers perform loading and unloading of the products with parallel movements in line with the commands received from the warehouse management system. Increasing efficiency, this practice also saves energy.

Giriş-çıkış hızlarının çok yüksek olduğu, yüksek irtifalı kutu, koli, paket vb. ürünlere yönelik depo raf sistemlerinde, robot istifleyiciler (stacker-craine) tercih edilir. 40 metre yüksekliğe kadar depolama yapılabilir. Erişim kapasitesi yüksektir. Operatör ihtiyacı yoktur. Siparişlerin hazırlanma süresi azalır. Kutu istifleme robotlarının hızları 300 m/dk seviyesine kadar çıkarılabilir.

Stacker–Cranes are preferred in high racking warehouse systems which are used for boxes, packages or parcels, and where loading and unloading is very fast. The goods can be loaded up to 40 meters. The access capability is high, and there is no need for an operator in the loading area. It speeds of the cranes can be as high as 300m/min.

Kutulu depolama alanlarında depodan operatöre ürün iletme prensibine uygun olarak çalışan bu sistem, ürün alınacak kutuyu veya ürün ilave edilecek kutuyu operatörün önüne taşır. İşlemin devamında kutuları, operasyonu tersine doğru uygulayarak yerine götürür. Sistem tam otomizasyon, kalıcı envanter kontrolü, zamandan ve mekandan maksimum verim alınmasını ve depolanmış kutulara erişimin kolaylaşmasını sağlar.

This system, which operates in line with the principle of moving products from the warehouse to the operator in stock areas with boxes, moves the box from/to which products shall be unloaded/added in front of the operator. Then it moves the boxes to their previous locations by implementing the operation in the reverse order. The system provides full automation, permanent stock control, and easy access to the boxes. It also saves time and space.

Placing the boxes on the shelves and retrieving them, the stacker crane also transfers the boxes to the interim operation station pursuant to the commands received from the warehouse management system. Pregalvaniz kaplama sac malzemenin üretim aşamasında sıcak daldırma yöntemi ile iki yüzeyinin minimum 12 µm kalınlığında çinko kaplaması ile gerçekleşir.

Pregalvaniz yöntemi ile kaplanmış malzeme kesilen yüzeylerde çinko ile demir arasındaki katodik etkiden dolayı paslanmaya karşı korunurlar. (Maksimum 2 mm

kalınlığına kadar geçerlidir. )

It is the coating of the two surfaces of the pre-galvanized coating metal sheet with zinc of minimum of 12 m thickness during production. The materials coated with pre-galvanized method, are resistant to corrosion thanks to the catholic effect between zinc and iron on the surfaces cut. (Applicable up to the thickness of 2 mm).

Boya / Dye

Epoksi Boya / Epoxy Dyel Kimyasallara direnci çok iyidir. Resistance to chemicals is pretty good.

l Korozyona karşı direnci mükemmeldir. Resistance to corrosion is prefect.

l Yüzey sertliği yüksektir. Surface hardness is high.

l UV dayanımı olmadığı için dış kullanıma uygun değildir. Not suitable for outside use since there is no UV resistance.

l Zaman içerisinde renkte sararma olabilir. The color may turn pale in time.

l Değişik parlaklıkta ve özellikle mat boyalar kolaylıkla formüle edilebilir. Dyes of different brilliancy and especially matte dyes can easily be formulized

Epoksi/Polyester boya / Epoxy/Polyester dyel Dış etkenlere dayanımı sınırlıdır. Resistance to outside effects is limited.

l Zaman içerisinde renkte sararma olabilir. The color may turn pale in time.

l Aşırı korosit ortam veya kimyasal etki yoksa iç mekanlarda kullanıma uygundur. Applicable for indoor spaces if there is no corrosive medium or chemical effect.

l Tam mat boya elde etmesi zordur. It is difficult to obtain fully matte dye.

l Fiziksel özellikleri darbe, esneklik, çizilme gibi günlük kullanıma uygundur. Physical features are suitable for daily use such as impact, flexibility and scratches.

Polyester boya / Polyester dyel UV direnci çok iyidir, dış şartlarda mükemmel dayanım sağlar. UV resistance is pretty good, and provides strength under outside conditions.

l Sararmaz, renk değiştirmez It doesn’t turn pale, and change color.

l Mekanik özellikleri (darbe, esneklik gibi) çok iyidir. Mechanical features (impact, flexibility etc.) are pretty good.

As it is known, galvanized metal sheet is especially sensitive to acidic materials, polluted air and water and to relative moisture to some extent. The lifetime of galvanized metal sheet decreases in industrial zones where air pollution is very high. The most important air pollution factor for atmospheric pollution is sulfur dioxide.
