UCLA Housing & Hospitality Services is pleased to announce the
addition of the Meyer & Renee Luskin Conference Center to its
inventory of guest rooms, meeting space, and catering venues.
Scheduled for completion in early 2017, the new seven-story
Luskin Conference Center will be located on the core campus, with convenient access to all areas of the University and West-
wood Village. Ground breaking for the new Center is planned for Summer 2013.
Meeting Space
• 25,000 square feet of hotel-style meeting space and breakout rooms
with unobstructed interior views
• Multi-purpose conference hall that will accommodate plenary
sessions and banquets of up to 750
• Tieredclassroomwithfixedseatingfor90
• State-of-the-art audio-visual equipment including video conferencing
and simultaneous translation capabilities
• Floor plans — see reverse side
Guest Comfort
• 250guestroomswillbelocatedonthetopfivefloors
• Room types include a single king bed or two double beds, and parlor
suites — ranging from 351 square feet for a standard guest room to
702 square feet for a suite
• Roomservice,businesscenter,conciergeservices,fitnesscenter,and
valet parking will be available
Delicious Cuisine
• 160-seatrestaurantwithadditionalexteriorseating
• Lounge area with full bar service and light refreshments
• Food and beverage service for all events in the Center will be
provided by UCLA Catering
Sustainability
• Will meet the UC Policy on Sustainable Practices
• Will hold USGBC LEEDTMGoldCertificationforNewConstruction
