Actual color and texture of the UCRETE products may vary slightly from the samples shown on thisbrochure. Make final approvals from physical samples. The final color of the UCRETE installed interioror exterior, may darken or shift under exposure to UV light, but the performance of the product will notbe affected.

STANDS UP TO AGGRESSIVE CLEANING TECHNIQUES
UCRETE Systems can be exposed to severe
daily cleaning techniques, including live steam,
hot water, aggressive detergents and
disinfectants.
OFFERS PROTECTION FROMTHERMAL SHOCK
UCRETE is unaffected by freeze/thaw cycles
and withstands extreme temperature ranges
while in service and during cleaning. Unlike
other flooring systems, UCRETE won’t
delaminate due to thermally induced stresses.
MAXIMIZED SKID INHIBITION
UCRETE’s surface profile can be adjusted to
provide varying degrees of skid inhibition.
Specify UCRETE HF For...• Medium to heavy duty application thickness of
(6mm - 10mm) 1/4” to 3/8”• Areas subject to mechanical cleaning• Environments under constant chemical attack• Service temperatures of -45ºC to 112ºC (-50ºF to 235ºF)• Areas requiring slip resistance even when wet• Areas where cleanliness and hygiene are important
Specify UCRETE HP for...• Medium duty application thickness of (6mm) 1/4”• Environments requiring slip resistance even where wet
processing occurs• Service temperatures of -45ºC to 100ºC (-50ºF to 210ºF)• Environments subject to chemical attack
Specify UCRETE MF For...• Light to medium duty application thickness from
(4mm - 6mm) 3/16” to 1/4”• For continuous exposures below (93ºC) 200ºF• Areas where surfaces must be smooth and easily cleaned • Can be upgraded to enhance skid inhibiting surface texture• Ideal for clean rooms and powder production areas
Specify UCRETE WR For...• Minimum vertical/base application thickness of nominal
(4mm) 3/16”• Vertical base applications• Areas subject to temperature ranges of (-45ºC) -50ºF to
(104ºC) 220ºF (System #1)• Steep slopes
Specify UCRETE HP/Q For...• Nominal application thicknesses of (6mm) 1/4”• Areas where aesthetics are of importance• Service temperatures of -45ºC to 100ºC (-50ºF to 210ºF)• Areas where cleanliness and hygiene are important
(an additional lockcoat should be added)

CHEMICAL RESISTANT
UCRETE Systems have been resisting damage
from caustics, organic and inorganic acids,
solvents and most other commonly used
chemicals for over 30 years.
WON’T CHIP OR SPALL
Unlike mortar jointed quarry tile and acid brick,
UCRETE Seamless Systems absorb direct
impact blows by distributing the loads
throughout the system.
RESISTS THE GROWTH OF BACTERIA AND FUNGI
UCRETE Systems pass ASTM G 21 and
independent laboratory tests confirm that
UCRETE will not support the growth of E.coli or
salmonella bacteria.
ELIMINATES GROUT JOINTS -VIRTUALLY SEAMLESS!
UCRETE has no grout joints to crack or harbor
dirt or bacteria, resulting in a cleaner, safer
production environment.
VIRTUALLY ODOR FREE
UCRETE’s low odor makes it possible to keep
adjacent work spaces open during installation
and cure.
LASTS LONGER AND INSTALLSFASTER
The combination of faster turnaround times
and minimized downtime with a proven track
record of long-term performance creates
superior per square foot value versus many
other flooring systems.

YOUR AUTHORIZED INSTALLER
A network of trained and approved contractorsexperienced in the installation of UCRETESystems are on your side, committed to qualityand owner satisfaction. This international groupof contractors, in conjunction with professionalarchitects and engineers, ensure that UCRETESystems are installed right the first time.
This chart clearly exhibits that thecoefficient of thermal expansion of Ucreteis very close to concrete in comparison toanother commonly used flooring material.Under thermal cycling conditions, Ucreteexpands and contracts very similar toconcrete which virtually eliminatesdifferential flexing that occurs with othermaterials and allows Ucrete to maintainunmatched tenacious adhesion toconcrete.
This chart demonstrates the Tg phase for the samematerials. Some materials will undergo physicalchange when exposed to thermal cycling conditionsand this repetitive change weakens adhesion at thebond line increasing the likelihood of delamination.Materials that change in modulus during thermalcycling - becoming more fluid under heat and brittlein cold temperatures - create a stress thatrepetitively works against the adhesive bond toconcrete. Ucrete remains solid-like and consistentthroughout thermal cycling and, as a result, is notsubject to these related physical stresses thatfrequently lead to delamination and adhesive failureof a flooring system.
UCRETE exceeds ADA requirements for slipresistance .5 as to ASTM 2047
