TITLE

Jezebel

Memories of a slave

PLOT

Jezebel is tied to a bed, she has been there for more than 2 days. She knows she is

going to die and she starts going through her life experience. Jezebel is a slave, she

discovered so when she was working as a dancer. Her choreographer, Marcus, was

her first master. After he was involved in a big scandal and he left the country she

found herself lost, in need for someone else to rule her world.

After attending a few internet-found dates with unstable beginners, she decided to

get out of the situation. With the help of her sister (who never knew what the core

issue was) she found a therapist and started following his program. This is how she

found her new master, Baptiste. The therapy sessions soon turn into a different sort

of relationship, which lasted till now.

Luc, Baptiste’s secretary, fell in love with Jezebel from the moment he saw her. First

discouraged by her refusal he soon started digging into her private life.

After a year, sure of what he knew, he decided to face Baptiste and convince him to

leave the girl alone.

The chat turns into a fight and Baptiste falls on the floor banging his head. He has

been in a coma for three days when he wakes up. His first thought being Jezebel,

tied to his bed.

SCRIPT

OPENING SCENE

Day 1

A view out of a window, London, a street. Heavy breaths as we see Jezebel opening

her eyes.

She is on a bed, her hands handcuffed to the frame. The main colours are white and

red

We can hear her thoughts:- This is why I am here, not the confidence in a game that

follows certain rules, I am not interested in that. What I love is the feeling, the little

tiny feeling telling me that He won’t come, that this whole thing, my body is not

under my control. It is not my responsibility to decide. I love him. There are many

levels in this game. Some are subtle, hidden by silence and society rules. Some are

underneath our consciousness and we play a role for our whole life without even

knowing that. I decided to play this game in full, to take every single drop of

pleasure this could give me. And so did He. He is not my first master, nor my first

love.

MOOD

Very slow, introspective pace, a part from the fight scene, which is very quick and

violent.

Jezebel’s narrating voice is heard throughout most of the film, excluding the parts

regarding Luc.
