The models UF 455 G / GG & UF 755 G / GG reflect the highest and most uncompromising requirements in state-of-the-art technology and economy.

Designed as a cascade system with two hermetically sealed compressors, the cooling system is optimally designed with respect to energy consumption as well as to the development of waste heat and noise.

Thanks to their innovative and unique evaporator system and the application of most modern VIP technology the UF models ensures a balanced tem-perature stability throughout the entire refrigeration chamber and this at ambient temperatures up to +32°C (even up to +43°C with the water-cooled ver-sion).

Due to the highly efficient compressors and the fan motor, the UF 755 GG for example consumes 35% less energy compared to its predecessor. Meaning that it has the lowest energy consumption on the whole market. By means of excellent thermodynamic features of the new refrigerants and of the optimized compressors, the cooling performance has been re-improved what imports low compressor running times and more safety for the valuable preparations.

The UF 755 GG is the first really environmentally friendly ultra deep freezer market-wide with GS cer-tification. In addition this product is equipped with ATEX-conform components for highest user safety.

Control of the storage temperature and documen-tation of the temperature changes can – depend-ing on the application – be carried out via an optional temperature recorder (in form of a cir-cular chart recorder) or via the optional DCU. This through the Monitoring & Visualization Software DMN, which – in addition to the temperature record-er history – also records an event and activity history.

The Safety Standards developed by B Medical Systems define certain significant technical features of a product. These ensure the safe storage of the preparations as well as the trend-setting safety of the user.

The B Medical Systems Gold Safety Standard efficiently complements the safety require-ments of the B Medical Systems Silver Safety Standard and therefore exceeds even the official standards. Gold models are denomi-nated with a “G”.

The new “green” models (denominated with a “G”) convince by their technical optimiza-tions in terms of economy and environmen-tal protection. Characteristic features are :

CO2 BackUp / Emergency cooling system (internal)

Backup cooling for the additional protection of tempera-ture-sensitive goods in storage against sudden tempera-ture rises within the working space. The emergency cool-ing system injects CO2 (boiling point/sublimation point: -78.92°C) into the working space if the internal tem-perature within the working space rises above a certain programmable alarm value (CO2 On). The injection stops automatically when the temperature within the working space has reached another certain programmable tem-perature value (CO2 Off).

Inclusive additional operation and control panel for all operational and control functions of the emergency cool-ing system inclusive foil-protected keyboard and digital temperature display. The emergency cooling system is powered by an integrated battery.

The On and Off temperatures within an area can be freely set within a range of -20°C to -75°C.

Example of “Stable running (temperature stability)”

For all models, temperature distribution graphs for the stages “Cool Down (Cooling)”, “Stable Running (temperature stability)” and “Hold Over (temperature graphs, for example in case of power failure)” are available upon inquiry for various voltages. Determined at 5 measuring points per level or compartment (empty).

Protection against cold losses

The separate interior doors (with PU foam insulation) allow for the targeted removal of preparations, thus protecting the remaining stored products against cold losses caused physically by the opening of the front door. The combination of a heated high-grade sili-con seal (designed for temperatures down to -110°C) along the entire door frame and the separate interior doors with PU foam insula-tion ensures the absolute tightness of the system and prevents from ice forming in the device.
