Now that we are almost in the mid of the last quarter of the year and everybody is exhausted from pushing hard all the year through; Take a deep breath and push more for the extra mile that lies between you and your targets.
Fuel up for endurance and don’t surrender to your distorted thoughts and weakening mind. You will be amazed to know that boosting your endurance lies within your reserves of internal strength.
I know it has been a tough year and a challenging mission but you acted like a SWAT team and SWAT teams never fail to attain their difficult objectives.
Keep it up SWAT team and see you at the end of this extra mile….
Mario Ibrahim
All companies gathered to enjoy the blessed moments of Ramadan Iftar ceremonies organized by UG Management team in our different branches all around the Kingdom.

BOOST YOURENERGY, STILL THATEXTRA MILE!
Rein in your brain. Think about what you do before you do it, but don’t overthink.
Think it through, and then quickly act on what you think. Keep your thoughts going, but don’t let them stop you from making progress.
Are there things you’ve thought of doing, things you’ve wanted to do, that you’re not doing? Stop thinking about them so much and start acting on them.
Honor and value your thoughts by committing them to action. Go ahead, take the first step, and then keep going.
Your thoughts are powerful, and it’s easy to let them become a substitute for action. It’s much better, though, to let your thoughts push you into action.
Doing what you intend to do is not really that difficult. Just stop thinking so much about it, and start acting on it.

“WE ACT WITH INTEGRITY”
We all strive towards outcomes at work, at home and in our communities because we believe they will make us (or those we love) happy.
It might be a good job, a loving relationship, money or possessions. It might be better health or spiritual peace of mind. And it can feel wonderful when we eventually get them. Those things become cornerstones in our best-laid plans for the future.Yet life is constantly changing and sometimes it blocks (or even undoes) things we expect, feel we deserve or have worked so long and so hard to accomplish.
But because we fear starting again, looking foolish or that we might end up somewhere worse, we often don’t want to change when things begin changing around us.
We deny change has arrived or was coming. We get frustrated and start to blame others. We cling to what was, instead of what simply now is.
And the more important whatever’s-at-risk feels, the more desperately we try to hold on.
We seethe with feeble stress and displeasure. We think more about what could go wrong than go right. We let our fears grow out of control then control us.
But the fact is, like it or otherwise, that the world is constantly changing. And while not all change is good or necessary it always creates new opportunities, whether we recognize them immediately or not.
That’s why it’s important to learn how to deal with change. That’s why it pays to learn how to adapt to new circumstances.
IF YOU’RE DREAMING OF A PROMOTION, STEP AWAY FROM YOUR COMFORT ZONE AND GET BUSY WITH CREATING A CHANGE!
Mr. Ahmad Hajj and Mr. Mario Ibrahim distributed the ‘Certificate of Appreciation’ among the employees upon completing 15 years & more of service! Keep up the good work!
