Venue – Orem High School

Orem High School – 175 South 400 East Orem, UT 84097 Team Assignment Number – 11:00 Home Team = Team 1 1:30 Home Team = Team 3 11:00 Visiting Team = Team 2 1:30 Visiting Team = Team 4 Bus Drop Off – All buses will drop off their teams at the main visitor’s parking lot through the bus-turnaround by the flagpole. Bus Parking – Once teams are dropped off, all buses will need to park in the Driving Range on the north east side of campus. The driving range is accessed on Campus Drive from 300 South. This will also be used for overflow parking. Locker Rooms – Locker room assignments are labeled on campus map. Home teams will be in the fieldhouse locker rooms, and visiting teams will be in the locker rooms in the building west of the stadium. Teams will be able to keep their bags/gear in the locker rooms until after the game. Field Times – Teams 1 & 2 will have access to the locker rooms at 9:30am and field access at 10:00am. Teams 3 & 4 will have access to locker rooms at 12:00pm. Early warmups will be on the grass field labeled “soccer” on the campus map. At the conclusion of the 11:00am game, teams 3 & 4 will have access to the turf football field. Tickets – There will be three ticket/gate entry locations. 1 - The main gate located on the west entrance to the stadium. 2 – The north gate from the north visitor’s parking lot and fieldhouse. 3 – The east entrance of the stadium from the visitor’s parking lot located on Campus Drive. Visiting teams will be the east sideline and stands. Halftime – Halftime will be 15 minutes. Music used for halftime performances must be taken to the press box to test during pregame warmups. Please have music on a phone. Performances should be 3 minutes or less.

Parking – See map for parking places. Parking is available in locations labeled “visitor parking”. There will be very limited parking in “faculty parking” area. Administration – Every year, we have people come to the sideline who don’t belong there. We are asking each school to have a designated administrator that will take care of your team’s sideline. Only certified coaches, players in uniform/jersey, medical personnel, credentialed media members, and school administrators should be on the sideline.

In the chart below, ONLY those items marked “Yes” will be allowed as support items at UHSAA state tournaments and meets. It is recommended that schools follow these same regulations during regular season and region tournament play. Sportsmanlike vocal cheering and support from team bench area are encouraged. One school flag, designated and controlled by school administration, will be allowed at State. At indoor venues the school flag must remain stationary; at outdoor venues it may be mobile if it does not disrupt spectators and remains on the sidelines nearest the school’s section.
