Your new statement – what’s changed?

As you’ve no doubt noticed, your statement has a new look.

We’ve refreshed the design of your invoice to make it easier to find the information you need. We hope you find the new layout clearer and more helpful.

In this guide we’ve detailed the key improvements made, which include:

• the addition of an ‘at a glance’ invoice total for the month*

• easy-to-find contact details in case of questions• charges organised into logical groupings• charge summaries shown in your billing currency*

• details of any chargebacks in the account summary section*

• account summary information broken down by location*

• currency signposting• VAT liability summarised across currencies• daily settlement calculations for multiple currencies**

• Multi-currency customers will now see one monthly debit for their invoice amount
