UISS is Freeware, and has a copyright! Registration is NOT
obligated in
any way!
The program is free, but with this exception: there is also a
Pro-edition
available.
This means that you, being an UISS-user and you want the extra

register please. You will receive the registration key when

RUN UISS
--------
First run the AGW Packet Engine configured properly!
After installing UISS you can start the program by clicking it's
Icon or
via the Start button...
When you run UISS for the first time you'll need to enter
your
callsign! After entering your callsign you can use the
program.
The program need to be installed on your Harddisk, not
CD-ROM.
When you start the program the first thing it does is looking
if
the AGW Packet Engine is running. If it is, then it will try
to
connect with AGWPE and if everything is OK the monitor
window
will display something like this:
Port1 with BayCom Serial On COM1: 145.800Mhz 1200baud
Please SetUp UISS (look in the UISS Setup menu) to select the
desired AGW
port,
APRS location and other settings you want to change.
This program does not work without AGWPE installed and AGWPE has
to be
run before starting UISS!!
