Bu ders şirketlerin değerlerini artırmada önemli olan bütçeleme, sermaye yapısı ve çalışan sermaye yönetimini iyileştirmede kullanılan finansal araçlar ve teknikleri açıklar.

The aim of this course is to help the students realize the process of financial decision- making of companies in achieving financial goals by demonstrating the relationship between accounting and finance. The course also explains budgeting which is important in enhancing the values of companies, capital structure and financial instruments and techniques used to improve working capital management.

Bu dersin amacı, farklı taşımacılık sistemlerinin ve depolama sistemlerinin kapsam ve önemi, düzenleme mevzuat ve maliyet sistemleri, taşımacılık altyapısı, taşıma hizmetlerinin tedarikçileri, yasal düzenlemeler hakkında bilgi vermektir. The purpose of this course is to introduce students to the scope and importance of the different transport and storage systems, regulatory legislation and cost systems, transport infrastructure, transport services suppliers and legal regulations.

Ders Öğrenme Çıktıları Learning Outcomes 1) Taşıma sistemleri ilgili faaliyetleri tanımlama ve bu faaliyetler zinciri içindeki alt basamakları tarif etmek için gerekli olan ileri düzeyde kuramsal ve/veya uygulamalı bilgiye dayalı kavramları tanımlar.

1) Define advanced level theoretical and / or practical knowledge-based concepts which are required to identify basic transportation activities and the sub- steps in the chain of these activities.

3) Hava, kara, deniz, demiryolu ulaştırma sistemlerinin işleyişini, söz konusu sistemlerin yasal mevzuatını öğrenir. Örnek olayları bu bilgiler ışığında yorumlar, çözüm sunar

3) Recognize operations of air, land, sea and rail transport systems and legal legislation of systems in question. Interpret case studies in the light of this information, and propose solution.
