The Arizona Public Cord Blood Program consists of the participating hospitals, the Save the Cord Foundation, and an accredited cord blood bank. Cord blood that is collected at the participating hospitals is stored at an FDA licensed blood bank and made available to patients through the National Marrow Donor Program. You can still donate your cord blood even if you are not delivering at a participating hospital. There are many cord blood banks around the nation that will work with you and your hospital.
