UMT AG is currently concentrating on the further development, sales and distribution of its mobile payment und loyalty platform.
UMT AG is targeting big retailers, fashion compan i es , t e l e kom ope ra to r s and multinationals in order to implement a combination of mobile payment, loyalty programme and value added services for them. Multi-channel sales is one of our key arguments for using our mobile payment platform.
The technology and mobile payment platform is mainly used as a White Label Product by big trade/retail-groups and their loyalty/bonus-programs.
Additionally UMT AG invests into corporations along the value chain of its core activities.Thus our platform shall evolve to a certain industry standard and mobile payment multiplier (i.e. cash-terminal provider).

In November 2014, UMT AG won Payback (Amer ican Express Group), the world’s biggest provider of loyalty- and bonus-programs, for a long-term white label contract.
This signing represents a milestone in our corporate history, as up to 28 million users in Germany and more than 75 million worldwide will be tied to our Mobile Payment Platform!
Partners of Payback are more t h a n 5 0 n o t a b l e g l o b a l corporates, such as REWE-Group, Burger King, Kaufhof, dm, Lufthansa, Dt. Telekom in Germany, as well as Exxon, Macy’s and AT&T in the US, totalling 650 offline, online & mobile stores worldwide.
We will thereby together cover roundabout 45% of the German Retail Market in a first stepfrom 2016 onwards!

International activities:
Together with our cooperation partners and subsidiaries in Italy, Spain, Turkey and probably UK and France within this year, we are strongly driving our white label and operator model forward!
Loden-Frey, was the first big department store in Munich, which was connected to our iPAYst-Platform. Together with Kuffler-Group, Germany’s biggest luxury restaurant chain, we introduced Mobile Payment on the Oktoberfest (Munich Beer Festival) in Munich in Kuffler’s Wine-Tent in 2015!
Currently we are in advanced negotiations with various Telecom-, Bank- and Retail- companies…

International activities: As a matter of fact, we could win Banco de Sabadell as a distribution partner for Spain in May 2015 and GTD Group in January 2016. Banco de Sabadell is the fourth largest Spanish Bank and has a 45% market share in corporate banking. Our joint target clients will obviously be big retailers, restaurants and E-Commerce providers.
GTD Group is an international high-end technology company, developing challenging projects and systems in the Aeronautics-, Energy-, Scientific installations-, Infrastructure-, Security- and Maritime- Industry. Our joint target clients will obviously be big corporations from the above sectors.

International Activities:
Turkey represents a very attractive market, with a young smartphone-affine population and growing wealth. UMT TR already announced a combination of loyalty-program und payment-app for Turkey’s biggest shopping mall Zorlu-Center in Istanbul, with over 210 shops.
In December 2015 UMT TR successfully launched the Platinum Masa mobile restaurant loyalty platform for VISA Turkey, combining a dining concierge service with effortless mobile payment. The goal for 2016 is to reach more than 150,000 downloads, to integrate up to 500 restaurants, to enable iBeacon technology and to implement a register integration.
Further shopping-centers, telecom operators and football clubs will be implement using our mobile payment and /or loyalty-platform….
