The World LPG Association (WLPGA) is the authoritative voice of the global LPG industry representing the full LPG value chain from Gas Sourcing and Supply to Gas Distribution in all markets globally. The primary goal of the Association is to add value to the sector by driving premium demand for LPG, while also promoting compliance to good business and safety practices.

The WLPGA brings together over 250 private and public companies operating in more than 125 countries involved in one, several or all activities of the industry ; develops long-term partnerships with international organizations ; and implements projects on local and global scales. Overview on Event:

Believing in the strategic role of Lebanon in the Middle East and its pioneer status in the field of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), Unigaz in collaboration with the World LPG Association (WLPGA), proudly hosting the first Regional LPG Forum for the Middle East under the title of Exceptional Energy for the Middle East in an attempt to empower further the LPG sector and bring together key stakeholders involved.

About Panel Sponsorship

There are 4 main panels during the summit, each around 1 hour and 30 minutes. The panel will include a discussion of major topics by international leaders along with Q&A slot open to audience. (Refer back to page 3 to select the desired panel)

The Panel sponsor will sponsor a certain topic / panel through placing a logo on the main screen of the stage through-out the whole discussion in front of all decision makers and leaders.

About Gala Dinner Sponsorship

On the summit before the summit, the organizers will hold a VIP gala dinner in the presence of leaders from governmental and private sectors, as well as CEOs and Presidents of companies.

The Gala Dinner sponsor will sponsor the night from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM from the dinner invitation card to entrance branding as well as entertainment branding.

About WINLPG Cocktail Sponsorship

On Summit Day, and following the 4 main sessions, there will be a cocktail networking event related to WINLPG (Women In LPG). This is a global network and for the first time in the region it will announce the launching of its Middle East chapter while assigning a president for it. This will be covered by international media as well.

Sponsoring the WINLPG cocktail will provide exposure to international media as well as local companies participating through full visibility of the cocktail. Exposure will be through: Roll-up branding, wall of fame, and stage branding.

About Exhibition during the Summit

Mainly organized by the WLPGA, the exhibitors are 12 international companies occupying the space outside the ballroom of the Four Season with their desk branded stand. In the same area the coffee breaks will be served which will guarantee a crowded section.

Terms and Conditions

The sponsorship booking form constitutes a binding agreement with Unigaz s.a.l, and is subject to the cancellation conditions below:

Cancellation Conditions:

The booking form constitutes a binding agreement. All cancellations must be made in writing to Unigaz s.a.l, the organizers shall retain:

• 25% of the agreed amount due if the cancellation is made before March 15, 2018

• 50% of the agreed amount due if the cancellation is made between March 15, 2018 and March 31, 2018

• 100% of the agreed amount due if the cancellation is made after April 1, 2018

After sponsorship confirmation, any kind of modification is considered as a cancellation and will be governed by the above cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made in writing to Unigaz Marketing Division to:
