LHD LOADERS
5
Articulated wheel loaders produced by KGHM ZANAM S.A. are designed for loading and transporting material excavated from mine faces in underground mines of metal ores and minerals. They may be used as an autonomous haulage system in mines, or cooperate with other transport machinery, such as haulage vehicles. Operators of the loaders are protected by a closed „capsule” structure, which ensures protection against impact of rocks hitting the machine with energy of 60 kJ. Depending on the model, the loader bucket capacity ranges from 1.6 m3 to 8.5 m3, whereas its lifting capacity from 30 kN to 160 kN. The height of machines varies from 1.5 m to 2.6 m, making them suitable for use in mine headings with height of 1.7 m or more. Machines are designed to work in excavations with a longitudinal slope of 13-15o and transverse slope of 5-8o. The machines may be equipped with a central lubrication
system and a hydro-pneumatic boom stability system. In order to ensure ergonomic and comfortable working conditions, the machines may be provided with air-conditioned cabins. Depending on customer preferences, the steering system may be controlled with joysticks. Optionally, the loaders may have installed a weighing system of transported material and a remotely operated fire-extinguishing system. Depending on the operating conditions and customer needs, we may customize the machines in terms of their structure and equipment Loaders of series 800 and 900 are optionally provided with a bucket equipped with a withdrawable partition.
6
Loaders of 300 series belong to a group of loaders with the smallest lifting capacity in the range produced by KGHM ZANAM. They are equipped with a bucket of 1.6 m3 capacity and their lifting capacity is 30 kN. The loaders are narrow and have a small turning radius. These features make them suitable to operate in narrow mine headings with a width from 3.1 m They are used mainly for auxiliary works in the mines e.g. levelling, cleaning mine headings. They may be also used for output haulage.
Loaders of 400 series have a bucket of 2 m3 capacity and their lifting capacity is 40 kN. They are available in two versions: with standard height (2.2 m) and in „low profile” version of 1.75 m. Similarly to machines of 300 series they are mainly used for auxiliary works e.g.: levelling, cleaning mine headings and they are suitable lifting works. They may be equipped with interchangeable accessories, mounted on the quick-coupler, e.g.: concrete mixer and forks. They may also work as standard mine loaders at output haulage and at loading haulage vehicles.

Loaders of 700 series are our newest machines with a small width - 2.33 m and a hydraulic quick-coupler for at-taching optional accessories. In place of a standard bucket with capacity of 3.5 m3, the operator may install a flat bucket for cleaning the space under conveyors, a transport lifting set for a belt conveyor or forks. The machines were designed for mines with narrow headings.
Loaders with lifting capacity of 80 kN and bucket capacity from 3.5 m3 to 5.0 m3 produced in low - profile version (height: 1.75 m) and standard version (height: 2.3 m and 2.65 m). The main purpose of these machines is loading and hauling of output from mine faces, but they may be also used for auxiliary mining works. The machines with standard height may be fitted with removable accessories, mounted on the quick-coupler, i.e.: a bucket, forks, trans-port lifting set and a deflector.

Loaders of 900 series are equipped with buckets of capacity ranging from 3.8 m3 to 4.5 m3 and lifting capacity of 90 kN. These machines are designed for operation in headings of low height - they are available in two heights: 1.5 m and 1.175 m. In order to improve the operational advantages of the machines when operating in higher headings, the position of the operator’s cab may be adjusted to the height of the machine i.e. 1.75 m and 2.05 m. The machines are used mainly for loading and haulage of output from mine faces. Lkp-0900B loader, equipped with a hydraulic quick-coupler may be used to support the work of a mining shearer. Accessories - a bucket, forks, a boom with lifting capacity of 3 t, a trailer for transporting pallets, a trailer for transporting wall lining elements.
Loaders of 1600 series are the largest machines of this type produced by KGHM ZANAM. The main advantages of the machines include their high bucket capacity, i.e. 8.5 m3 and their lifting capacity of 160 kN. These loaders may unload the output at the height of 2.75 m. In this class of loaders, machines with height of 2.3 m, as it is in case of LKP-1601B, are classified as low - profile loaders.

HAUL TRUCKS
11
Haul trucks produced by KGHM ZANAM are designed for haulage of output from mine faces and transporting it to handling points in mineral ore mines, not subject to explosion risk.
The trucks are equipped with a special push-out un-loading system, where the transported output is di-scharged from the haulage box via removable slide wall and by movable box. This system unloads the output in a manner ensuring that even a small amount of exca-vated material is discharged and the load space is left completely empty. The truck maintains its fixed height during unloading process, therefore the need to con-
struct higher gallery in handling points is not necessary. The trucks are highly maneuverable, which increases their efficiency in narrow mine headings.
CB4-20TB „4x4” truck is equipped with an additive drive system. This is an optional system with additional hy-draulic motors installed on hubs. When the truck losses its tractive adhesion the operator may activate the ad-ditional drive by transferring torque to the hubs.

SELF-PROPELLEDTRANSPORT TRUCKS
SWT ZANAM – 14 ROBUST BSelf-propelled transportation trucks SWT are used for numerous transport and assembly works at mines. The newest transpor-tation truck SWT ZANAM – 14 ROBUST B is intended for operation in excavations. Designed on the basis of Toyota Land Cruiser HZJ79, it is designed for transportation of people, explosives and other materials as well as trailer towing (for example towing a mobile compressor) in non-methane mining tunnels in underground mines of metal as well as mines excavating minerals other than coal and metal ores. The vehicle is adapted to transport 14 people and is powered by a naturally aspirated diesel engine with a capacity of 128 KM. Cornering lights, greater distance between the front wheels and suspension springs characteristic for off-road vehicles provide safety and comfort in difficult underground conditions. Standard disc brakes have been replaced with tight wet brakes. The wires are oil-resistant and the electrical installation is characterised by high durability to harmful working conditions and high temperature. What is more, thanks to the unified structures of piping and seats on the cargo box, there is a possibility to quickly retool „ROBUSTA B” and adjust its height to the requirements of the environment. Reinforcement of some of the mechanical parts and the protection of sensitive elements mean a longer operation life, the direct result of which are lower costs of vehicle operation.
Other Self-propelled Transportation Trucks facilitate transportation of elements with the possibility of mechanical unloading by means of hydraulic articulated crane. In addition, under the adjustable protective roof there are seats for transportation of the repair group. The platform has a built-in workbench with a vice. The hydraulically powered welder allows for performing welding works. Built-in air compressor may be used to power various pneumatic tools, pump up the wheels, etc. The truck is equipped with a hydraulic connector for the drive of any hydraulic receiver. Transportation trucks can also be adapted to transport cylinders with compressed technical gases.

ANCHORS
27
Mining anchors are an important part of the product ran-ge manufactured in KGHM ZANAM S.A. The anchors we manufacture are divided into two main product groups:
• expansion anchors - the set contains: a rod, a head and a washer
• resin anchors - the set contains: a rod, a nut and a washer
In both product groups the user can select washer sha-pe and type. The above housing elements are also of-fered separately from the kit. Anchor rods are available in sizes from 0.6 to 3.2 m and are made of a bar with a diameter of 18 mm. KGHM ZANAM S.A. is currently one of the three ma-jor manufacturers of anchor supports in Poland and the largest supplier of anchors to such companies as
KGHM POLSKA MIEDŹ S.A. or PeBeKa S.A. We also pro-cess orders for gypsum and anhydrite mines, as well as companies providing mine construction services. Manufactured anchors are used mainly for constructing ceiling in underground mines, while shorter anchors are used as auxiliary tool in transport tunnels. The manufacture line which was implemented and laun-ched in late 2012 allows for precisely and accurately adapting the product to customer requirements. The product may also be freely modified as part of the proto-type product execution.
