For information on submitting your MIPS data to CMS from the MIPS dashboard, go to the “Reporting MIPS Performance with the Eyefinity EHR Registry” document.

While MIPS (the Merit Based Incentive Program) streamlined Medicare incentive programs by gathering them under one program, MIPS also complicated scoring and performance.

The Eyefinity EHR MIPS dashboard takes the complexity and guesswork out of tracking your performance by giving you a visual scorecard that you can reference regularly. Eyefinity recommends reviewing the MIPS dashboard weekly to track your progress throughout your performance period.

This document explains how to navigate around the dashboard, how to make important selections that impact your MIPS score, and how to drill down into the different categories for additional information.

NOTES • The calculations presented in this report are intended to help you track your MIPS performance. While the numbers reported represent a close approximation, they may not match your IRIS or CMS calculations exactly.

• Only finalized exams count toward your MIPS score. Regularly finalize your exams to ensure your performance data is as current and accurate as possible.

• The cost category is determined by CMS based on claims.

Navigating the MIPS Dashboard

The MIPS dashboard gives you a quick snapshot of your MIPS performance. If you need more specific information, you can tap through each of the categories to review details and select various reporting options. If you need still more information, you can even review which exams counted toward each measure.

Opening the MIPS Dash-board

You can access the MIPS dashboard through the iPad app and through the web.

To open the MIPS dashboard in the iPad app, navigate to the home screen, tap the Compliance action bar icon, and select MIPS.

To open the MIPS dashboard on the web, navigate to the home page and click the MIPS action bar icon.

Categories. The category tiles show you how well you’re performing in individual MIPS categories. Tap each tile for details.

Score. The Overall Score represents your estimated MIPS score based on the sum and weights of the individual categories.

Opening and Navigating Quality Details

Eyefinity EHR gives you the flexibility to report a wide variety of quality measures. Despite this variety, only six are required. Eyefinity EHR will determine your top six from the measures you choose to display.

To open the Quality Detail report, tap the Quality tile on the MIPS dashboard.

NOTES • For information about quality scoring and benchmarking, go to http://www.eyefinity.com/eehr-quality-benchmarking.

• For information about individual quality measures, go to the MIPS Resource Center.
