state as under: I say that I have purchased a TAFE-MF 241 DI (the
said asset) bearing Regn.No AP03-BG-6088 Eng. No. S3251E77121 and
Chassis No. 834315 registered in the name of BATHULA SIDDAIAH on as
is where is basis for a total consideration of Rs.3, 05,000/-I say
that I have checked the said asset and satisfied myself on its
condition.
I hereby agree, accept and confirm that L&T Finance Limited
will be able to provide me the following documents after 60 days
from delivery of the said asset and I have no objection whatsoever
for the same:-
1. NOC2. Form 353. Form 26
4. Form 285. Form 296. Form 30I agree, confirm and declare that
I will have no claim against L&T Finance Limited or any of its
Directors, officers, employees, servants or agents on account of
receipt of the abovementioned documents after 60 days from
today.
I hereby agree and undertake to get the registration of the said
asset transferred in my name and agree that all the responsibility
and/or statutory liabilities in respect of the said asset shall be
my sole responsibility and L & T Finance Limited shall not be
in anyway responsible for the same.
I, hereby indemnify and agree and undertake to keep indemnified
L&T Finance Limited, its Directors, officers, employees,
servants and agents at all times hereafter from and against
allocations, costs including actual legal cost, suits, legal
proceedings, accounts, claims, demands, losses, charges, expenses
and liabilities of whatsoever nature, which L&T Finance Limited
or any of its Directors, officers, employees, servants and agents
may sustain or incur on account any breach of any of the conditions
mentioned hereinabove.
