Unified Birth/Death Certificate CDMA Service Process

1. This service facilitates citizen (of all municipalities) to submit the request for Birth/Death Certificate. Though it’s a Category A Service, as the Department is not digitally signed all the records hence most of the requests would come in Category B.

2. This service has been launched as a pilot in Nalgonda and later it will be enabled across the state.

3. Following is the process for availing the service:

a. Citizen visits APOnline Centre to apply for the Birth/Death Certificate.

b. APOnline Operator will login to APOnline Interface and through that he would log into MeeSeva Portal

c. Selects the Birth/Death Certificate – CDMA service and enters the information as per the below guidelines.

d. Customer will provide Registration Unit Id, Registration Number and Registration Year to operator and he enters the details in the system and click on Get Details button

e. System fetches the data from Department server and checks whether the data is signed or not?

i. If the data is signed and verified, operator enters the other information asked in the form and confirms the transaction and the certificate is generated on the spot.

ii. If the data is not signed, system displays message saying that the request requires Commissioner Approval and enters the other information asked in the form.

iii. In case if the data itself is not available, he has option to enter all the information as specified in the form.

f. In both i & ii these cases, the request would be forwarded to Department server for further processing. And after approval in their system, Department server sends the confirmation (approval/rejection) to meeseva server to generate the certificate.

g. Based on the status, Certificate is generated in meeseva and the same will be available to Kiosk Operator to take the print out.

h. The User charges for this service are ` 25 + (` 50 Upto 4 Copies, ` 100 for More than 4 Copies).
