An Administration which agrees to thecoordination of frequency assignments to thespace station the details of which arecontained in this Special Section is presumedto agree to the coordination of any earthstation located within the service areas of thespace station and whose characteristics aresuch that it does not cause nor receive ahigher level of interference than would becaused or received by the earth station thecharacteristics of which are also published inthe Special Section.
