An additional seller added 2 properties to make it 30 in total. 7.Our award-winning EMS Marketing Team executed the campaign that reached: 88,825,331 impressions on the website; 150 general inquiries; 250 people in attendance at the auction; 67 registered agents representing buyers; 89 registered buyers, 18 bidders (one bidder bought 8; 5 others bought multiple). 8.The absolute auction was a great success, bringing a total purchase price of nearly $4 million. 9.The sellers were extremely pleased and stated that they would recommend both the SCS Team and the local office for future auctions. 10.Mr. Cole will receive an auctioneer fee for the successful sale of the properties. 6 Case Study Auction Referral Gloster, MS 1.Lead came out of United Country McComb, MS office as they received a call from an agent, asking about auction services. 2.Seller is a well-recognized Southern Mississippi family that had a unique property that included personal property to be liquidated. The matriarch of the family was living in the 10,000 sq ft home and wanted to downsize. 3.Gloster, MS is a transitioning town of 940 people total, so it is an extremely limited market of buyers. After visiting the property, it was obvious that it was so unique, it wasnt fit for a traditional listing. 4.SCS came in and pitched the auction process with the Seller and McComb office. The Seller became familiar with how the auction process works with marketing and managing the real estate. 5.Needed the correct licensing to conduct the auction. 6.United Country Redfield group was contacted by SCS to become the auctioneer with the appropriate licensing. Then SCS secured the contract and started the process to prepare and conduct the auction. 7.SCS worked closely with the EMS Team and prepared the marketing proposal. The large EMS marketing budget helped boost the brand of all offices involved countries were online and the real estate and personal property sold.
