Attendance at the last 3 General Council meetings ha? beer pc-O' particularly the last one. Urgent matters will be discussed :n thp 12th.
A report from the Conscription sub-committee is enclosed. Affliates are requested to discuss the report which will be tabled at the next G.C. meeting.
