OcTOBER IncEnTIvE:Why wait? Purchase qualifying products from October 1 to October 31, 2013 and earn an additional 2.0% rebate above the base rebate level achieved.

“2 fOR 2” PORTfOLIO BOnus: Purchase any combination of two brands of qualifying herbicides or insecticides with a total minimum purchase of $1,000 and increase your entire rebate by 2.0%.

Dates: The FMC Early Order Program runs from October 1, 2013 to December 20, 2013. Extended Terms: The Early Order Program enables you to purchase products at current pricing prior to 2014 price increases and receive extended terms. Program Participants may defer payment for purchases of qualifying FMC Agency Products made during the Early Order Period until the summer of 2014. Payment will be due on June 30, 2014. Prices and terms for qualifying FMC Distributor Products (non-agency) are determined by the FMC Authorized Distributor.

Simply complete the form on page 2 and provide it to your agent(s) or distributor(s) to execute the order. Rebate form with invoices must be submitted by mail, fax or e-mail to be eligible for a rebate. Please keep a copy for your records. You can also complete the form online at www.fmceop.com and submit your email confirmation along with your invoices.

2013 FMC Early Order Program Details and Qualifications• To qualify, the participating end-user must purchase a minimum of $2,500 (excluding taxes) of FMC qualifying products.• Product must be purchased through one or more authorized FMC agent(s) or distributor(s) between October 1 and December 20, 2013.• Echelon® herbicides on-fertilizer purchases will be included as a Qualifying Product. Dollar values are based on the value of the active ingredient (not including the price of the fertilizer) for

such purchases and will be calculated as described on the 2013 FMC Early Order Program Worksheet. Echelon on-fertilizer commitments must be made from October 1, 2013 to December 20, 2013. Actual purchases of committed volume may be made from October 1, 2013 through May 31, 2014 and count toward the Purchase Dollar levels. Fax or mail Echelon on-fertilizer invoices by June 15, 2014 in order for such purchases to count towards final Purchase Dollar level. All sales are final and FMC does not accept returns (NO RETURNS).• Invoiced prices and terms for qualifying FMC Distributor Products are determined by the FMC Authorized Distributor. Prices and terms for qualifying FMC Agency Products are determined

by FMC.• This program applies only to qualified end-user professionals in golf, lawn care, sports turf, greenhouse, nursery and sod farms.• The end-user’s rebate percentage is not cumulative. Multiple sales for one customer are cumulative and will qualify if ordered between program dates and from any authorized FMC agent(s) or

distributor(s). Sales between multiple end-users cannot be combined to earn higher rebates.• Qualified end-user will receive a rebate on the total invoiced dollar amount (excluding taxes) of qualified agency products purchased from an authorized FMC agent(s). For qualified Distributor

non-agency products purchased from an authorized FMC Distributor, end-user will receive a rebate based on the invoiced price (excluding taxes) times the units purchased listed on this form and verified by reported sales from the FMC Authorized Distributor. Copies of invoices are required to qualify for a rebate.

PROGRAM DETAILS:GreenTrust 365 RebateProgram Participants may earn a rebate on all of their purchases of Qualifying Products during the Program Year (October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014). Program Participants’ yearlong rebate percentage is determined by the dollar value of Qualifying Products they purchase during the Early Order Period, as described in the chart below:

GreenTrust RewardsProgram Participants’ purchases of Qualifying Products during the Early Order Period are also eligible for GreenTrust Rewards. Three (3) Rewards points will be awarded to Program Participants for each dollar spent on Qualifying Products between October 1, 2013 and October 31, 2013. One (1) Rewards point will be awarded to Program Participants for each dollar spent on Qualifying Products between November 1, 2013 and December 9, 2013. PROGRAM DETAILS:GreenTrust 365 RebateProgram Participants may earn a rebate on all of their purchases of Qualifying Products made during the Program Year (October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014). Program Participants’ yearlong rebate percentage is determined by the dollar value of Qualifying Products they purchase during the Early Order Period, as described in the chart below:

Example: If a Program Participant purchases Qualifying Products with a dollar value of $35,000 during the Early Order Period, they will be eligible to earn a 7% rebate on those purchases and on all future purchases of Qualifying Products they make on or before September 30, 2014.

GreenTrust RewardsProgram Participants’ purchases of Qualifying Products during the Early Order Period are also eligible for GreenTrust Rewards. Three (3) Rewards points will be awarded to Program Participants for each dollar spent on Qualifying Products between October 1, 2013 and October 31, 2013. One (1) Rewards point will be awarded to Program Participants for each dollar spent on Qualifying Products between November 1, 2013 and December 9, 2013. Rewards points will be redeemable toward a variety of gift card options through an online catalog (GreenTrust365.com/Rewards). Rewards points will expire on November 15, 2014.

To earn GreenTrust Rewards points, Program Participants may register at GreenTrust365.com/Rewards. Program Participants must register on or before September 30, 2014. GreenTrust 365 Golf and Ornamental Program Participants that registered for GreenTrust Rewards points in the 2013 Program Year are already members and do not need to re-enroll for the 2014 Program Year. Members may log on to the Rewards site after January 15, 2014 to view points.

VPP End User (Ornamental & LCO) Early Order Program

REQUIREMENTS REWARDSPurchase and take delivery of at least one full case (no partial cases) or one full pallet (Arena® Insecticide, BroadStar™ Herbicide, Distance® Fire Ant Bait) of Valent eligible products (see below) by February 7, 2014. All products must be purchased and shipped by the Distributor on or before the deadline.
