Panel of speakers will present perspectives on educational needs, economic development, government policy and resource management related to building partnerships in Canada and in the Circumpolar Region.

“Building Cooperation through Academic Mobility: Best Practice Models”

Moderator: Mauri Ylä-Kotola, Rector, University of Lapland

Panel of Rectors from UArctic member institutions will present perspectives on lessons learned and best practice models of cooperation through academic mobility within the circumpolar region. The panel will specifically look at issues related to student and faculty mobility, including financing, reciprocity and the role of the University of the Arctic in facilitating exchanges.
