A joint research paper titled “Impact of Postal Ballot Mechanism on Improving Shareholders‟

Participation in Corporate Decision Making: A Research Study” (Joint Author Dr Poonam

Sethi) published in the February 2009 issue of the journal Chartered Secretary has been

adjudged for the award of the First prize in Legal discipline under the Prize Award scheme for

articles published in Vol. XXXIX (Year 2009). The prize was announced and given at the

Inaugural function of the 38th National Convention of Company Secretaries held at the

Swissotel Kolkata City Centre, Kolkata on 2nd September, 2010 in the gathering of a large

number of company secretaries and corporate executives who attended the Convention.

code on corporate governance.

A joint research paper titled “Impact of Postal Ballot Mechanism on Improving

Shareholders‟ Participation in Corporate Decision Making: A Research Study” (co-

authored by Ms. Poonam Sethi) published in the February 2009 issue of the journal

Chartered Secretary has been adjudged for the Award of the First prize in Legal

discipline under the Prize Award scheme for articles published in Vol. XXXIX (Year

2009). The prize was announced and given by the Minister of Corporate Affairs at the

Inaugural function of the 38th National Convention of Company Secretaries held at

Swissotel Kolkata City Centre, Kolkata on 2nd September, 2010 in the gathering of a

large number of company secretaries and corporate executives who attended the

Convention.

Chaired a Session and also presented research paper titled “Ethical Governance-A Study

of Delhi University and its Colleges (Joint Authors)” at the Sydney International

Business Research Conference 2015 organised by the Australian Academy of Business

Leadership (AABL) on 17-19 April, 2015 at the University of Western Sydney

Campbelltown, and received the Best Paper Award with Cash Prize for the Paper.
