Researcher in Management Sciences for research output 2016.

United States of America, 9-22 May 1998. The purpose of this study visit was to collate information on the teaching methodology followed at different American universities for the MPA and Ph.D. degree, explore the curricula followed by American universities for the subject International Administration, investigate the format of American “Summer Schools” and to initiate possible future linkages with overseas universities. 6.1 Invited in 1993 by the British based South African Advanced Education Programme (SAEEP) to present a 5 day workshop in Oxford University College, England on the South African Public Service to a number of exiles to be returned to South Africa. This project was repeated in 1994 in south Africa. Prof. Thornhill, the then Director of the SPMA, was the Project Coordinator.
Worked with the Konrad Adenhauer Stifting and Frederich Ebert Stifting to offer public management courses to municipal councilors in the period of 1995 and 1996.
