TransportationWe offer transportation services in planning, design, and management
to public agencies and private developers. Our approach is to develop
creative solutions while enhancing public safety and improving traffic
flow. Our comprehensive understanding of transportation enables
us to evaluate situations during the planning stage and to direct our
clients with various alternatives that will avoid costly misdirection
during project development. Our transportation group is experienced

beyond the walls of our three offices. We care about
each one of our employees, their experiences at work,
and their lives outside of J2. We treat everyone like

for their work schedules and personal lives.
J2 focuses on connectivity. We increasingly have more
activities and reasons to get together. Each office has
a designated “Fun Director” who coordinates activities
like team breakfasts and lunches, happy hours,
cookouts, holiday parties, and team-building activities.
We mix and mingle at industry events and gather
several times a year for summer, team, and holiday
gatherings. Additionally, J2 hosts virtual happy hours

Leadership atJ2 EngineersLeadership at J2 lives and breathes the J2 vision and mission “Unlimited Potential, Different by Design.” Everything we do is purposely different – from business transparency with our staff and incorporating team members into the strategic plan to recognizing colleagues for good work and creating a career path for everyone. J2 maintains an “all-in” mentality. Founders, principals, leaders, and staff alike all contribute to the firm’s success. Leadership works on billable projects, shares technical expertise, and develops staff.
Leadership also actively seeks opportunities to build on and improve the culture at J2. We
