It’s a basic right, and our first and foremost responsibility is protecting our workers . How do we continually improve in safety? In addition to tracking lagging indicators, we focus on leading indicators to identify areas of potential risks and act on them to help prevent accidents from occurring . CAD and HD Digital Imaging Services Supported by state‑of‑the‑art 3D Computer‑Aided Design (CAD) and structural analysis software, our licensed civil, structural and mechanical engineers can develop custom solutions to meet the unique needs of your project . If you can provide digital images of your facility or jobsite, we can import these directly into our engineering design programs . If you do not have up‑to‑date drawings, we can scan your facility using our SafScan™ HD Laser Surveying and import the scan into our CAD program to engineer a solution . SafLock™ System Scaffold

SafLock System Scaffold is a flexible access system that allows workers to erect a rigid platform virtually anywhere . The scaffold's uniquely engineered components lock securely into the rosette, and each rosette can hold up to eight connections . There are no loose fittings such as nuts, bolts or clamps . Like other Safway products, SafLock System Scaffold is fast and easy to assemble, and parts can fit through an 18‑inch opening . The scaffold also has compatible connections to other Safway products like Tube & Clamp Scaffold for convenience and greater jobsite flexibility .

SafLock System Scaffold is a perfect choice for all your scaffold applications . Complimented by innovative accessories such as our hatch deck, safety gates, steel planks and toeboards as well as various sizes of fixed and adjustable sidebrackets, this system will get you where you want to go .

One of the simplest, most versatile scaffold products ever developed, Systems Scaffold is widely used across North America . Its patented design can be adapted to virtually any shape structure, inside or out . Systems Scaffold can be used on projects with unusual configurations, rectangular, circular and oddly shaped vessels and adapts easily to sloping surfaces . Recent Systems Scaffold projects include: inside bottom‑tapered power plant boilers, pulp storage tanks, auditoriums, churches, arenas, shipbuilding and repair, and utility plants .

The scaffold’s unique ring set design accepts up to eight horizontal members, and parts can fit through

an 18" opening . The 360° ring sets, spaced 21" apart, enable it to fit any shape . Knee‑out brackets allow the diameter of scaffold assembly to increase or decrease . Systems Scaffold erects quickly – just attach and hammer wedge .

Systems Scaffold has galvanized steel components, manufactured to the highest quality standards . Systems has passed all seismic qualifications tests of Class 1E equipment and is in full compliance with ANSI and IEEE standard 344‑1987 . In addition,

the scaffold’s seismic test input was 10% greater than any other known seismic qualification test of scaffold in its class .

Sectional Scaffold

The one that started it all . or door openings and create additional platform space . The Rolling Tower Base Frame increases the base width without the need for extra components . Tube & Clamp Scaffold

Tube & Clamp Scaffold can dodge nearly any obstacle . Its versatility enables access to 99% of scaffold applications in congested or restricted areas . Used as a supplemental or independent scaffold structure, it can fit any shape, height or width .

Easy to erect and dismantle, Tube & Clamp has a simple design with only three basic parts . Clamps fasten securely to 1 .90" outer

diameter (OD) tubing . The clamps are also available in a smaller size to fasten to 1 .69" OD standard frame scaffolds . The 1 .90" OD aluminum tubing is durable, lightweight and high‑strength . Clamps are galvanized to reduce rust and corrosion for a longer product life .

SafMax® Frame System

Stay out of your own way . SafMax is unobtrusive, user friendly and ideal for surface work . Requiring no inside cross‑braces, SafMax gives workers full access to work surfaces for EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finishing Systems) or masonry applications . A large walk‑through area (6' 6" tall) allows more headroom for workers . An internal

ladder & hatch design allows easy access to all work levels . Fully planked, flush platforms also create a work environment with fewer tripping hazards . Platforms are three planks wide, increasing the work area and worker efficiency . Ladder width is 25% wider than competitive systems, which creates a more mobile work environment .

SafLoad SafLoad is a complete shoring system consisting of frames in two industry‑common widths and a full line of auxiliary components . Its high‑load capacity can provide efficient solutions to meet your shoring needs . In addition, SafLoad is compatible with Safway’s Waco® Hi‑Load shoring product line .

Adjust-A-Shore The Adjust‑A‑Shore heavy duty adjustable shoring system uses just two types of frames – base and telescoping extension – with screw jacks . No odd sized frames or cross braces are used . On‑site shoring layouts do not need to be revised if the shoring is erected before the support slabs are in place . Final elevation adjustments are made with the screw jacks and extension frames at the top of the tower .

MegaShore The MegaShore Support System offers a versatile design, high‑load capacities and ease of use, making it ideal for a wide range of applications . It’s simple, modular design has only two main components, and a unique connection system allows for efficient installation by hand . No tools are required . All components are integrated into design, and there are no loose fittings . A rigid connection between posts and frames self‑aligns the system . Made of aluminum, Megashore is lightweight and has excellent corrosion resistance . It provides high strength‑to‑weight ratio with load capacities of up to 22,000 pounds per vertical post or 100kN .
