time within the next 3-4 weeks.

STEP 2. Offer these dates saying, “Which date works best for you?”

Important: Give them time to think and reply.

STEP 3. The Open Date Card is the preferred system for new Demonstrators.

When the date is chosen, transfer information to your calendar.

AT YOUR GRAND OPENING PARTY

1. Schedule a date and time as soon as possible.

2. Over-Invite. Attendance is key and typically about 1/3 of those invited will attend.

A personal invitation is important. You want everyone to know about your new business.

3. Guests who can’t attend: Ask if they could help you out by hosting their own Party! It is

a good goal to have at least 3 Parties booked and dated before your Grand Opening Party.

4. Create your Wish List. You will receive Hostess Rewards and benefits! You can earn

additional jewelry at your Grand Opening Party!

• Talk with each guest individually and thank them for coming.

• Invite each one to host their own Party. “Mary, you had such a

great time tonight and seemed to love a lot of our jewelry. Would

you consider hosting a Party of your own? It would really help me

get off to a great start in my new business!”

• Invite them to take a look at the business opportunity as well.

“Mary, you should think about doing this with me. It would be a lot

of fun for us to work together!”

This is the very best way to generate interest in your new

business and experience how fun and rewarding it is to be a

Hostess. Although you may be tempted to be the Demonstrator

at your own Party, we recommend you get “professional help”

from your Sponsor when possible. It can be challenging to be

the Hostess and the Demonstrator, and you could miss important

opportunities for booking and sponsoring leads. Your Sponsor’s

role is to help you get as many leads as possible.

are important.
