May 1 (Wednesday) 1:30 p.m. Dr. Scott Ritterman, Orthopedic Surgeon from Premier Orthopaedics part of Tower Health Partners, will be giving us a presentation on "Optimizing Bone Health in the Elderly Population." Dr. Ritterman will discuss the different ways to keep your bones healthy and strong. We will be celebrating both May and June Birthdays at our Quarterly Member Meeting.

April 25 (Thursday) 1:30 p.m. Brandywine Hospital Updates & Announcements 1:45 p.m. The Crime Victims’ Center of Chester County (CVC) is a nonprofit agency providing free, immediate, and confidential crisis response and compassionate support to children and adults impacted by crime and violence. They provide assistance through counseling, advocacy, resources, and education. Christine Zaccarelli, CEO of CVC, will present a program on crimes targeting the senior population. She will talk about the latest scams, what you need to be aware of and how you can protect yourself.

th Annual Senior Prom! For

those of you who have never been to a prom, now is your chance. Come casual or come dressed. Dance the hour away or just relax and listen to the sounds of Miguel Cintron.

We will be serving petite sandwiches, fresh fruit, and fresh baked cookies at each table. Someone in our group will be crowned Prom King and Prom Queen. Don’t forget to pick up your special prom gift before you leave.

Brandywine Hospital will be providing the hot dogs, rolls, and condiments. When you RSVP (610-383-8001), tell us what covered dish you will bring (serving for 6): salad, vegetable, or dessert. We are hoping for a variety of dishes and not too many of one item.

Paper products (plates, cups, napkins) and plastic ware (knives, forks, and spoons) will be provided. We will also provide soda (regular & diet) and cold water. You may want to bring a lawn chair. Plan on staying afterward for Bingo and prizes.

The Brandywine Hospital Balance Center is a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center designed to treat patients with Acoustic Neuroma, Balance Dysfunction, Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) Cervicogenic Dizziness, Concussions, Labyrinthis, Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke, Vestibular Hypofunction and Vestibular Neuritis.
