Meeting called to order at 3pm by Pres. Ken Monroe at Earl’s in Moore. A report and update by Ken concerning his experience and condition from his health emergency.

Pledge of allegiance given. Anniversaries Tom & Teresa Linn 48 yrs.; birthdays Kay Welch, Diane Johnson. Copies of the Treasurer’s report were handed out by Adeline. Checks were sent to the 5 charities selected at the Christmas party. Salvation Army, Luggage with Love, Mustang Jr. High School for 2 needy families, AMBUCS , “Sunshine” Sarrington (Moore School).

Annual dues $20.00 are due. Notes from the December meeting (Christmas Party) had been printed in the Dash-board. Motion to accept report’s/Terry Simpson Adeline requested that everyone check the information on the members list to make sure it is correct. Telephone numbers, e-mail address and mailing address Our meetings will continue to be here at Earl’s 3pm. Complimentary comments for our Christmas party at Fuze were expressed. Everyone should start looking for next years Christmas. OHRA will be doing registration for the SW Streetrod Nationals April 6-9. Contact Rodney if you want to help. Gate and information booth help needed too.
