Burger Prospect Drilling Characteristics Normally Pressured Wells Shallow Target: <10,000 ft Shallow Water: <200 ft
Drilling is Straightforward Logistical, Seasonal Constraints are Drivers USFWS LOA restricts simultaneous drilling
on rigs spaced less than 15 miles apart. Current drill sites are 8.9 miles apart.

Conducted a Government Initiated Unannounced Exercise Tabletop (TTX)
Tested elements of Shell’s Oil Spill Response Plan not demonstrated during the Shell-led TTX in May

Current Expl. Plan allows additional wells or continued work on wells at Burger Prospect Depending on what Shell discovers this
year, BSEE expects them to pursue additional Chukchi wells in 2016 Enhanced interagency coordination during
