SWAN needs a new network Old MLS domain must end (mls.lib.il.us

swan.mls.lib.il.us = WebPAC Move to independent network within RAILS

data center (currently mixed in with RAILS Burr Ridge office network)

Current external & internal IP address must change

Prepares SWAN for any future network changes
