GEOLOGICAL SETTING

The property is underlain by Blake River series basaltic and rhyolitic flows and breccias.

The volcanic stratigraphy is intruded by shallow mafic and intermediate fine to coarse grained intrusive phases.

Diabase dikes transect all rock units.

Prominent northwest - southeast and northeast- southwest fault structures and lineaments trend through the stratigraphy.

Stratigraphic trends appear to be generally east - westto northeast - southwest.

One prominent fault through claim L-842942 strikes N80 W.

RECENT WORK

Line Cutting

An old north-south grid on 400* interval centers has recently been recut and chained to accomodate geophysical surveying and field work.

Geophysics

A combined VLF and IP survey was completed over the property during March 1987.

Two (2) sets of sub parallel and locally co-incident IP and VLF anomalies were detected.

Two (2) diamond drill holes were recommended to test portions of the anomalies detected.

DIAMOND DRILLING

A brief abstract of the drilling follows in categorized sequence. Locations are as shown on the drill hole plan. Assay sheets are attached. Some of the more prominent geological features and sample locations are shown on the DDH section.

Purpose To test IP and parallel adjacent VLF anomaly axes.

Results Variable facies of basaltic rock units intersected. These varied from granular to variolitic to amygdaloidal to tuffaceous (principally aquagene tuffs)

A meta-gabbro unit contained local bands of pale purple tinted flourite , white pearly fibrous tremolite ? and dark green chlorite. The gabbroic unit was cut by a prominent fault zone.

A multi variable basaltic flow contained a 42' core length of approximately 2X sulphides , mainly pyrite , as loosely distributed patchy fragmented quartz- carbonate and chert zones with very fine pyrite matrix.

Remarks

A second zone with rare random thin pyritic seams occurred below a second prominent fault zone in the multi variable basaltic flow.

Fourteen (14) samples were cut.

Best results were obtained in the sulphide zone.

The best 5' sample yielded: nil - gold , nil - silver , 57 ppm - copper , 156 ppm - zinc.

Of the 2 multi element samples taken in a meta-gabbro unit , one suggested a slight Na20 depletion.

The hole appears to be a technical success in that defineable mineralized zones were intersected which explain the IP anomaly. Also intersected were 2 strong faults , one of which may be reflected by the VLF anomaly.

SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS

The one (1) hole 500* program was prematurely terminated due to equipment failure and drill personnel shortages.

Continuation drilling will be required to.test the strongest portion of the remaining untested anomalies.

At least one additional Diamond Drill Hole is required to test anomalies indicated in the VLF-IP survey completed during October 1987.

A second IP survey was carried out during March 1987 to define and extend existing anomalies.

One (1) additional drill hole for a total of three (3) have been recommended on the property as a result of the two geophysical surveys.

Continuation drilling is recommended to adequately test portions of linear geophysical anomalies obtained on the Bisley township property.

Respec

Frank P. 5 July
