My experience in brief

Through the span of 17 years, I have been engaged in deferent job tasks starting from laboratory as chemist then QA lab manger, followed by technical marketing engineer and finally sales executive and supply chain specialist. This variability of tasks give me the technical strength, product technical support skills, customer focus , sales and supply chain knowledge and skills which make me capable to fit for any leading positon in business related areas.

During the period polycarbonates and Bis-phenol A were new introduced in the market and I was assigned to handle the initial sales/Marketing process of them. I was doing the market exploration, premarketing for both products, coordinating the premarketing sample results with technical staff, performing the deals with the customers such as Al-Fanar Al-Rowad, MEMF, etc. Performing demand planning, verifying (with finance) the customer eligibility for payment terms, assuring the system and resources readiness to perform the deals.

Oct-2010-present I was assigned to handle the role of Supply chain specialist to lead the activities of order to cash process (OTC). In this assignment I basically started by designing the process of OTC and preparing all the requirements of OCT implementation such as customer masters, pricing master, material master verification, working documents and procedures etc. Also I was responsible to handle OTC process for key accounts of PC, compounding, Acetone anisole, and BPA. Beside this I was assigned to lead project of the OTC setup for compounding facility using the Make to order (MTO) and make to stock (MTS) and verifying their alignment with Sabic standard and business workflow, supporting Sabic offices in OTC implementation problems, assuming the role of the SAP power user

and trainer for SD and QM modules. I was also, responsible for handling the entire customer complaint process and customer compensation process for the approved claims. In addition I am assigned to re-engineer the Acetone and Anisole OTC process and develop the OTC KPI’s. The major OCT tasks:

Verifying the PO’s conformity with Sabic standard. Handling the sales order in SAP. Confirming the availability of the payment term prerequisites, such as LC cleanness, money deposit in

the company account for cash in advance, etc.. Assuring the logistics and documentation processing of the order. Confirming the delivery of the shipment. Confirming customer payment.

Period May 2009 – April 2010

Position Technical Marketing polymer SBU

Job role:

Responsible for leading the technical marketing (TM) enginees and TM process. Aslo, I was responsible to to work closly with cusotmres tp assure the prevetion of the cutomer complaint reoccurance. In addition I was handling the cusotmer satifaction studies, approving the product changes projects, implementing bench marking studis for sabic products againest the competitors products.
