It's still basically the same process as in Ruby and Sapphire. First of all, find a Relicanth (Route 124and 126 Underwater) and Wailord (Evolve a Wailmer, fished with a Super Rod on Route 129, atlv40). Place them in your active party, along with Pokemon who can Dig, Surf and Dive.

Fly to Pacifidlog Town and head west through the fastcurrents. Stay close to the southern line of rocks thatborder the route. With enough luck (or careful planning)

you should reach a small calm spot in the currents whereyou can Dive. Do so and follow the chasm down. You'llreach a Braille inscription instructing you to go up, soresurface and you'll find yourself in a cave.

Head to the rear of the cave and read the Braille messageon the wall. Choose to Dig using your Pokemon and anentrance will open. In this new room, ensure Wailord isthe first Pokemon in your party, and Relicanth is the last.Read the Braille message at the back and an earthquake

will open the doors to three hidden caves around Hoenn.

REGIROCKFly to the Route 111 Sandstorm. On the way, you candrop off Relicanth and Wailord and switch them for your

regular Pokemon catching team. Also ensure that youhave someone who can use Rock Smash. Head into theSandstorm and work your way to the southern end whereyou'll see a cave opening. Read the Braille message andtake two steps down, then two steps left. Use Rock Smashand the entrance will open. Step through and you'll findyourself face to face with a lv40 Regirock.

    REGICE

Fly to Dewford Town and head north onto Route 105. Stayclose to the west edge of the route and you'll see a RuinManiac running up and down the coast of an island. Crossthe island and continue west then north to reach the

Island Cave. Read the Braille message and then make afull lap around the edges of the cave in a clockwisedirection (that is, head right and go around the cave, sticking to the wall at all times). The entrance will openand you'll find yourself face to face with a lv40 Regice.

REGISTEELFly to either Fortree or Lilycove City. Ensure you havesomeone who can use Flash. Make your way to Route120's Ancient Tomb, which is quite near to a log bridgeover water. The weather is usually stormy around theAncient Tomb as well, if you would like that as a guide toits location. Enter the cave and read the Braille message.

Position yourself in the center of the tomb by standingfour steps directly above the door. Use Flash, and theentrance to the rear will open, where you'll find a lv40Registeel.

    #382 - Kyogre and #383 - Groudon

Stock up on Ultra Balls and make sure one of your Pokemon has Fly,Surf, Dive and Waterfall. This event records the number of steps youtake, and if you take too long, the Pokemon will move from itslocation. This quest opens once you have beaten the Elite Four.

Head to the Weather Institute on Route 119. Talk to the scientistupstairs and he will tell you of some oddity at a certain route, so Fly

there and search the area for a newly opened cave entrance. You willimmediately notice that the local weather will change - this reflectswhich Pokemon is near. Bright sunlight indicates Groudon's presence, rain and thunder indicates Kyogre's presence.

Once you're on the actual route, there are two possible places theentrance could be. At this stage, it appears to be random as to whichone you get.

YourMom will then lead you over to the TV where she'll ask yousomething. The two options are Red (the top option) for Latias andBlue (the bottom option) for Latios.

Like before, you will randomly encounter them all over the WorldMap. A good method of catching them is preventing them fromescaping with Mean Look, then whittling down its HP beforebarraging it with Ultra Balls.

If you're lucky enough to be near aNintendo Event, you can grabyourself an Eon Ticket via a Wonder Spot. You can use this ticket totravel to Southern Island, where the other Lati will attack you whenyou examine the mysterious egg deep in the forest. Sotheoretically it is possible to catch both Latias and Latios inPokemon Emerald.
