    04 Change of Education Methodology

    • Self organized team study• More than 10 interest groups are organized including alumni: innovation

    group, Entrepreneurship group, marketing group, finance group etc.• Eg. In the Entrepreneurship Group there are about 80 MBA students and

    more than 1000 alumni members. More than 200 members are active in thegroup. Every two week they will have a salon(in general 30-50 people willattend) to exchange opinions, share readings and experience, discuss casesand new business models, and so on. They are very active. Every quarterthere will be a whole meeting, one or two members will report or give seminar,members can also join in networking in the conference period.

    04 Change of Education Methodology

    • Guided open and wide Extracurricular reading• Every class, teachers are required to prepare a book list for students to read to

    open their minds. These books should include one third of non professionalworks. Students are required to write reading report as a part of assignment.

    • In this way, the students will understanding of the potential of technology, newphilosophy of science, new applications of industries.

    • This is actually an exchange of reading and opinions among students andteachers. Everyone can benefit from the readings and reporting
