RiverView Flats interiors are maximized by tall ceilings. Homes on the first floor will have exposed metal ceilings, and homes on the second floor will have drywall ceilings. Both floors will have surface-mounted track lights for general lighting and decorative lights over the kitchen and dining areas. All units will have large glass windows and doors on the river side, maximizing views. Glass doors open to generous balconies and patios for the ultimate in outdoor living.The floors in the main areas will be luxury vinyl tile or polished concrete. Bedrooms will be carpeted. RiverView Flats is located at 219 High Street, the location of the former Unity Middle School.There is a convenient launch ramp for boating, fishing and kayaking. The property is part of the Lowell Riverfront Park Trail providing a two-minute walk to downtown and several park spots beyond.The first phase of the project includes fourteen condominium homes with garages and ample site parking for residents and visitors.Each home will have self-contained mechanical services, including gas and electric.
