Read, Lead, SucceedReading is a timeless form of entertainment and information. The act of reading is a great benefit both to mental and physical health, it can
also brighten your day.
Benefits of reading
❖ Exercises our brain and improves memory
❖ Provides knowledge and information
❖ Improves concentration
❖ Teaches the children about the world around them
❖ Enriches vocabulary and language skills
❖ Develops imagination
❖ Helps to develop empathy
❖ Reduces stress
❖ Can form mental pictures of the topic being read
❖ Strengthens your writing abilities
Research has shown that people read in sense groups, which means, roughly, that we read a number of words together so that they make
sense to us. Reading silently improves students’ understanding because it helps them concentrate on what they are reading rather than the
pronunciation of individual words. Since, reading is so important to success, parents can and should play a role in helping their children to
become interested in reading and in encouraging their growth in reading skills by setting up a reading corner or mini-library in your child’s
bedroom. Parents should provide reading materials in the home that arouse curiosity or extend their child’s natural interest in the world around
them.

A representation of unconscious self promoting mindfulness,
attention and stress healing is the basis of the famous “Mandala”
artworks. Our PP2 mentor Richa Agarwal picked up this art style
to pamper her heart and soul igniting relaxation and clarity of
thoughts in her. Her love for this activity enlightened her
passionate behaviour towards any given activity enabling her to
attain perfection in all her works. She feels delighted to realize her
potential to keep herself focused and utilize this talent to approach
challenges with better clarity and thoughtfulness.

Curriculum Updates Food for Thought
✓Recognize the unique potential of your child
✓Limitations of our minds as an adult should not be
limitations for our children to achieve greater heights.
✓Fan their curiosity from the time they are toddlers.
✓Build a creative mind in the learners and lay the
foundation for developing an innovative nature.
❖National Education Policy envisions Integrated
flexible school curriculum with no hierarchy of
subjects, no hard separation of areas, creative
combinations of study, multiple exit points and Broad
Based liberal arts undergraduate education.
Dear Parents and Mentors,
As the Academic year 2019-2020 comes to a close, our minds and hearts are filled with brim. It’s been a great year!
Together we have learned much and shared experiences that will long remain with us in the years to come. Special
thanks to our parents for getting your kids to school on time each day and helping them in learning process; partnership
between home and school is important. I would like to thank our hard working and caring staff members who have
made a huge difference to our learners. Their commitment is outstanding and our kids are the beneficiaries. I look
forward to see you all for the session 2020-21. To those of you who are leaving us for new places we wish you all the
best. ---- B.Preethi Reddy.
