Landscape & Open Space HTOC Guidelines
▪ Review of final two chapters; Landscaping& Signage.
▪ HTOC Guidelines adopted in 2013 and referenced in Zoning Ordinance.
▪ Guidelines implement design vision of themaster plan.
▪ Important tool for staff, Town officials, & developers.
▪ Two chapters drafted by consultants & reviewed by staff, ARB, PC.
▪ Stakeholders sent drafts and receivednotification of the various reviews.
▪ Lists of amendments (errata sheets) established to organize and track revisionsto drafts.
