� Mayor Thomas M. Menino, President of the US Conference of Mayors, endorsed the Urban Utility Center proposal to establish a long-term cooperative framework among City Governments, Urban Utilities and the R&D Community on infrastructure security strategies.
Mission:
� The mission of this inter-city cooperative framework is to effectively catalyze experience sharing and promote coordinated demonstration programs and interactive assessment of innovative solutions to urban lifelines' security needs.
