Michael A. Bing, serves as the Director of the Washington, DC Minority Business Center (DC MBC).

The DC MBC provides technical assistance focused on, but not limited to, Capture Management, Business

Development, Key Relationship Leverage, Assistance with Procurement and Contracts, Access to Capital, Proposal

Development, Third Party Business Assessments and Post-Award Consulting to ethnically Minority Small and Medium

Enterprises primarily in the Washington metropolitan area (DC–VA–MD–WV metropolitan statistical area).

The DC MBDA Business Center is one of forty-five centers funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Minority

Business Development Agency (MBDA) nationwide. In 2013, the DC Center was able to assist clients in securing over

$1.3Billion in contracts and $17Million in financing.

Prior to joining the National Community Reinvestment Coalition Mr. Bing was the Director of The Enterprise Center Capital Corporation (TEC-CC), a 501(c)(3) certified Communi-

ty Development Financial Institution (CDFI), CommunityDevelopment Entity (CDE) and U.S. Small Business Adminis

tration Micro Loan Intermediary. Mr. Bing managed the loan fund and administered all internal financial services, loan packaging, financial capacity assessments, and technical assistance for TEC-CC.

Prior to TEC-CC, Mr. Bing served as the Business Develop-ment Manager for The Enterprise Center’s Pennsylvania Minority Business Enterprise Center (PAMBEC) a federal-ly-funded program of the Minority Business Development Agency U.S. Department of Commerce. Here, Mr. Bing focused on recruiting high-growth minority companies (with minimum sales of $250,000/yearly) as clients to provide ac-cess to contracts and capital. While working with PAMBEC, the center generated $86 Million in procurement and capital for clients in 2007.

Mr. Bing attended Chestnut Hill College and is a certi-fied instructor of the National Foundation of Teaching Entrepreneurship and Kauffman Foundation’s FastTrac. Mr. Bing is passionate about helping people achieve their dreams—a believer in what can be achieved and the power of potential.

Hon. Calle Schlettwein is the currentMinister of Trade and Industry of the

Republic of Namibia. In this post since 2012, Hon. Schlettwein was a member

of the Namibian parliament from 2010, and also served, between 2010 - 2012, as

Deputy Minister of Finance.

Between 2003 and 2010, he was Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Finance, and he also served, between 1996 and 2003 as Per-manent Secretary in the Ministry of Labour.

In the period 1993 - 1996, Hon. Schlettwein was Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of

Youth and Sport, and also served, for a short period as Permanent Secretary in Ministry of

Agriculture and Rural Development.

Between 1991 and 1992, he was Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Fisheries and

Marine Resources.

Between 1990 and 1991, he was appointed as the 1st Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture, Water, Fisheries and Rural Development in the Independent Republic of Namibia.

Earlier, 1985 - 1989, he served as the Head of the Research Section in the Department of Water Affairs, Namibia and before that, for a 5 year period, he was employed by the Department of Water Affairs, Namibia as Researcher for biological weed control.Education.

Hon. Schlettwein went to the University ofUniversity of Stellenbosch, South Africa and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology and Botany, and a Master of Science degree in Entomology, University of Stellenbosch, South Africa.

Mr. Sindiso Ngwenya is the thirdSecretary-General of the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA)

since it was transformed from the PTA in 1994. He brings with him over 27 years of

service in industry, regional and multilateral levels covering the public sector, private

sector and quasi-government institutions.

He has been involved in the design and implementation of programs and projects in the road, airline and railway sectors. At the regional level, he was instrumental in

the formulation of the PTA (now COMESA) regional integration programs culminating in the launch of the COMESA Free Trade Area

on October 31st, 2000.

He also worked on the establishment of COMESA specialized institutions, such as the Eastern and Southern Africa Trade and Devel-

opment Bank (PTA Bank), the COMESA

Clearing House and the PTA Re-Insurance Company (ZEP-RE). More recently, he played a key role in the design of the COMESA Customs Union and Common Investment Area. He was also part of the team that crafted the COMESA Treaty and oversaw the transformation of the PTA into COMESA in 1994.

Before his appointment, Mr. Ngwenya was the Assistant Secretary General of COMESA in charge of Programmes, a position he held for ten years. In this position, he was respon-sible for overseeing the development and implementation of COMESA programmes.

In addition, he oversaw and supervised the operations of COMESA established institutions such as the Leather and Leather Product Institute (LLPI), the Clearing House and the Regional Investment Agency.

Sharon Reed Walker holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and founded the firm

after a successful 35-year corporate career,which included tenured leadership assign-ments with Bristol-Myers Squibb, DuPont, Scott Paper and Soft Sheen Products, Inc.

Ms. Walker’s experience is enhanced by glob-

al perspectives,having conducted business in over 30 countries in North and South

America, Asia, Europe and Africa.

Today she serves on several boards including: Deaconess Health System, Old National Bank

Evansville Region, and she is also President,Board of Trustees for the Evansville Museum

of Arts, History and Science, and Treasurer, Board of Opportunities Industrialization

Centers International, (OICI
