Therefore I it is necessary th&t the fol'lowing criteria for selection ~f the dis~osal site be observed.

    1. Flow of water onto the site should be controlled. If this is a potential problem, a system should be deSigned, constructed and operated that is capable of preventing flo~ onto the disposal area during peak discharge from at least a 25 year storm.
